"Avan!", they greeted him.

"What's up guys?"

"Excited for the weekend. See you brought Mason?", Dave shook my hand.

"Yeah. He almost begged me!"

"That's not true.", he slapped my arm.

"So? How you're doing?", Jackson asked.

"Good, bit nervous."

"Nah, no need to be nervous! We don't bite.", Josh petted my back.

"Okay."

"Oh, wait you're nervous because you two are alone now.", Dave grinned.

"Well..."

"Guys, calm down.", Avan said, knowing I wasn't very comfortable.

"Sorry. Come on let's check out the hut."

We had a small bit still spacious hut next to the main building, it had two bedrooms, so I had to share with Avan. It had a big TV in the living room and a tiny kitchen.

"Should we check out the arcade? It looks like fun.", Josh suggested.

"Sure.", the others agreed.

It was a huge hall, with lots of blinking lights and loud techno music, I knew I couldn't stay long in there but I wanted to do it for his friends.

I played a few games, but only after about an hour everything got too much for me. I went to a bench and covered my ears, closed my eyes and hoped it would get better.

"Hey what's wrong?", I looked up and saw Dave sitting next to me.

"I....I think I get a panic attack.", I stuttered.

"Oh shit. Guys! Outside now!", they immediately grabbed my arms and guided me outside, I sat on a wall on the parking lot.

"Better?"

"Yeah, all the lights and music got too much. I'm sorry."

"You have sensory issues?", Josh asked.

"Yeah. It was a bad idea to come."

"No, my sister has those too.", Jackson said.

"No way we leave you out. We will find other things to do, we just want to spend a weekend with the boys. And you're one of us now."

"Thanks, I should've told you earlier."

"Nah, it's fine, no one blurts out their issues at the first meeting."

"Yo, Avan. Why so quiet?"

"I feel bad for not noticing.", he admitted embarrassed.

"Don't worry, you're not my guard dog."

"Still feel bad."

"Nah, it's fine.", I smiled.

"We should go and eat somewhere. Before everyone does, so it won't be too loud."

"Good idea, I'm starving."

"Mason, do you like fast food?"

"Yeah."

We went to one of the restaurants on the area, it was quite big but mostly empty. I had a burger with fries, it was huge, but delicious. We talked about a lot of things but mostly about games, I got along well with them, it was nice to have friends who treated me like a normal person without forcing me to do stuff I don't like.

"So what about Sarah?"

"What about her?"

"You're still with her?"
