it is the truth: she adored the heart rate challenge, she had won it on her last season when making the majority of the boys heart rates go up. however, it didn't mean she wasn't still nervous. as she played around with her blue denim shorts — which were basically just underwear at this point — she let her mind wander. she adjusted the construction cap placed upon her head, running through all of the boys and how she was going to treat each one of them.
besides, she had loads of time to plan her schemes. the producers were making her go last, once again, and although lani was happy about this, she was a little bit bummed that she wouldn't get to cheer all her girls on. furthermore, the producers chose the songs for each girl, and lani couldn't help but grin once she was told hers.
