A memo from DCS concerning the previous chapter:
Corporate has advised us that they are reviewing the morality of the enhanced interrogation techniques we previously outlined because they are concerned about violations of the NAP. In the meantime, all subsidiaries have been instructed to pause any enhanced interrogation operations, with the exception of certain techniques DOJ institutions have already been cleared to conduct. As these techniques have not reached widespread adoption by subsidiaries, this should not be too much of an inconvenience.
