Chapter 6-Strange New Magic?!

-Eon's Champion Café-

-Henry's Pov-

Today was a normal day at the cafe, I was tending to the customers and making meals. Then the strangest thing happened, one of my artificial arms had a bright silver-ish Violet aura around it and an ethereal arm made of blue armor came out of it and grabbed the knife I was about to get and started to chop the tomatoes I was gonna use to make a Dugtrio Sandwich Trio for a customer, I was so shocked that when I realized and pulled my hand back it disappeared and the knife dropped to the floor. I stared at my hand then back at the knife and hesitantly went to grab it but nothing happened, I went back to cooking and I spent a few minutes wondering what that was.

"What was that....?"I thought to myself curiously as I was taking a mare's order.

1 order for Gossifleur Combo Plate...

I ran to the kitchen and began to cook but the ethereal hand came back and I was surprised but I didn't do anything other than watch and another ethereal arm appeared and they started to cook the meal in quick succession and soon it was ready for the customer, I stared at the arms and subconsciously commanded them to disappear and they did, I tried to make them appear again and they did it. After that I took the dish to the customer and for the rest of the day, me and my pokemon kept working as I made the ethereal arms do the cooking for me, it was really cool.

It was closing Time and I decided to ask Twilight about the arms, I arrived at the library and knocked and Twilight was at the door.

Twilight:"Oh! Henry what do you need?" She asked me and I looked at her

"I need your help with something Twi, we'll talk about it inside." I told her and she nodded and we entered the library and we sat on the couch

Twilight:"What did you need to talk about?" She asked me curiously

Instead of telling her, I decided to show her and summoned my ethereal arms. She looked at me in shock and surprise

Twilight:"Henry! You have magic?!" She yelled as I nodded and made the arms disappear

"I think so...I'm not really sure..."I said nervously while scratching my neck

Twilight:"When did you discover this?"she asked curiously as she poked my arms

"Uhh this morning during work...they just appeared and grabbed the knife when I was cooking..."I told her, she nodded and started thinking and then came up with a theory

Twilight:"It might be a result of your body adapting to the magic of our world..."she shared her theory with me and I raised an eyebrow, what did that mean?

Twilight saw my confused expression then started to educate me on the magic of Equestria. Apparently there was magic everywhere in nature, the air, water and even the grass and ponies absorb it into their bodies naturally, magic was like oxygen and when ponies absorb it, it spreads around their bodies and helps keep them healthy, the magic goes to different places depending on the species of pony. Unicorns have the magic focused on the horn and hands since they're the only pony species to actually use magic to do spells and stuff, pegasus have the magic mostly focused on their wings and some into their muscles, and Earth ponies have their magic spread evenly throughout their body and that's why they are physically stronger than the other species. But I guess my ethereal arms are the result of me absorbing the magic, I decided to give it a name and I decided to call it Titanium

Twilight:"Why Titanium?" Twilight asked me curiously

"Because they're made of metal like my hands, and I think it sounds cool." I told her as I made one of the arms appear and boop her on the nose as I  chuckled.
