𝗘𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗻, 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗻.

Aria was being woken up to the heat from the sun only to see it was Blackfire standing over her with a warm smile on her face as she and Conner had woken up. Aria soon realized that she only meant for Conner to wake up and not her too.

"Who did this to you?" Blackfire asked the two

"Dick said we were family but family is supposed to be there for you, not betray you, I'm done pretending that's possible and from now on, I do what I want," Conner stated in anger

"I promise you that he only meant more good than harm and you don't wanna leave us," Aria soothed the boy

"I don't know what I want, there's a part of me that wants to destroy Dick for what he did to me and then there's the part that says the family is everything, and I should always do good, not harm," Conner admitted in response

"Maybe we can do good together, as a team I mean why not? I've got some loose ends to tie up and we could do it together then keep going," Blackfire suggested to the boy

"Just you and me?" Conner asked in shock

"And Krypto, we both know what it's like, to be treated as if we don't belong, we can make sure others like us get the respect and protection they deserve," Blackfire stated before Aria shook her head

"No offense but this isn't a good idea," Aria warned but went ignored

Like Hawk and Dove, be our super duo, you're right, fuck the Titans," Conner cheered as they walked out

"Conner!" Aria shouted over but was still weak from before

Aria moved over to the window so she could finish healing, she looked over to see, Dick, Rachel, and Gar come walking in making her hug the two teens with joy that they are okay and safe. She was so worried about their well-being that she didn't care if she was still healing.

"I was so worried about you guys," Aria stated as she pulled away

"Where's Conner?" Rachel asked looking at the woman

"Blackfire woke us up and then she and Conner left, they were talking about becoming a superhero duo like Hawk and Dove," Aria explained in response

"Are you okay?" Gar asked with concern

"Still a little bit woozy but I'll heal soon," Aria mumbled to the boy

"Huh, something in here still works?" Gar asked as the radio buzzed

"Do not come to this location. Resistance is no longer secure. Repeat, we are no longer secure, Titan is on-site leading the evacuation," Tim stated over the radio

Aria shared a look with the teens before the door opened and the others walked in, including Donna. Aria quickly ran to give the woman a hug that she had missed so much. Once everyone had greeted each other they quickly had gotten to work on saving the city.

"Hey Conner, Aria, can I talk to you for a second?" Dick asked before Aria shook her head

"You did what you had to do," Aria stated to the man

"I know what it's like, I did what I had to do, too, we have bigger things to worry about now," Conner stated before going back to work

Dick had come up with a new plan, they were going to burst into the Manor and take it down from the inside. Aria had been placed with Conner given that both had the same power so the two of them together was the best idea for the both of them. The plan had worked and everything was going back to normal.

"He said ten o'clock," Kory stated looking at her watch

"He'll get here, eventually," Rachel stated in a bored voice

"He always does," Aria spoke with a smile

"Hey, did someone order a bus?" Gar asked before Dick got out

"Hey, Dick, uh, what is that?" Rachel asked looking at the man

"That's an RV, I figured it'd be way more fun than taking Bruce's Jet," Dick stated to the group

"Why would that be more fun?" Kory asked in a voice

"Road trip!" Gar shouted running ahead

"Right, 'cause who would want to fly in the Bat jet?" Rachel joked with a chuckle

"Exactly," Dick agreed before they ran off

"Okay, guys take off your shoes so mud and dirt don't get everywhere," Aria directed the kids as she followed

Aria had piled their shoes up in a corner and out of the way before going to give them some snacks, Dick was watching his girlfriend with a knowing look that Kory mirrored on her face. Shortly, they were on the road back to their home turf and Aria was excited to finally be leaving Gotham.
