The group was trying to come up with reasons or ways that he might've come back alive if he was even dead. Aria was happy that he wasn't dead after all but she hated what he had become because he had hope that he would make it past all his trauma in the end.

"There was a dead body, Jason's body, and Bruce saw it with his own eyes," Dick stated to the group

"Maybe he was confused," Hank suggested in return

"Bruce doesn't do confused," Dawn remarked to her ex

"I don't want to say it," Kory started to say

"It was Jason and we saw him," Aria added in support

"How did he do it?" Dawn asked in confusion

"Did somebody do some kind of voodoo act and raise him from the dead?" Hank questioned looking around

"Bruce knows people," Kory agreed with the man

"Bruce doesn't know anything about this, he never would have killed the Joker if Jason was alive," Dick stated looking between them

"Then Ra's al Ghul?" Dawn suggested as Aria shook her head

"Unlikely, he's in Kadeem," Aria responded making them sigh

"If someone's bringing people back to life maybe they could bring Donna back," Kory spoke in a soft tone

"Well, it's a little early for Easter but someone resurrected the little assbite," Hank grumbled in confusion

"Or he faked his death well enough to fool even Bruce," Dawn countered in anger

"Either way, he sure as shit didn't do it on his own,"

" Whatever's happened, he's changed, Yes he always had issues but he was not a full-blown psychopath," Aria defended the boy

"He could be using, when I got to Gotham, I found a place where he was cooking, tested a few samples in the bat computer, and No hits," Dick informed some more

"For fuck's sake, enough with the paralysis by analysis," Hank scolded the man

"Everyone's just trying to figure out what the hell happened, Hank," Dawn stated in defense

"He's right, we figure out the how and why later but Jason's out there and we need to stop him," Dick reminded them

"You guys do what you want, but if it ends up him versus me, the kid's going down," Hank stated making Aria scoff

"So, now we're killing Jason?" Aria asked stepping closer

"He wrote his own tickets and if he starts taking people out, the game's over," Hank stated to the blonde

"Look, we find him first, start in the place he was cooking," Dick directed the group

Aria and Dick shared a look before walking out of the library, she didn't want to watch Jason get killed for something he decided to do, evil or not. Hank went to meet up with Jason alone which caused him to get a bomb implanted into his chest,

"Hey, how are you doing?" Aria asked as she walked in

"The best I can be," Hank responded making her chuckle

"We're going to help you," Aria stated as he shook his head

"Don't make promises, you can't keep," Hank scolded the blonde

"I'm not, we're going to save you," Aria scolded with a look

"I'm pretty God damn scared, it's a hell of a situation we're in," Hank spoke before she nodded

"Yeah, it is but we've been through worse though, right?" Aria remarked before she walked out

"Ari," Conner called out as he saw her

"How's it going in here?" Aria asked as she walked into the room

"Not much progress," Conner mumbled in response

"The original deactivator functions remotely, and the lock's coded with a precise electrical charge that we have to match," Aria explained to the boy

"How many more tries do you think it will take?" Gar asked with concern

"There are over 1.5 million permutations," Conner responded as he kept working

"The failure rates gotta be zero, or Hank dies," Gar stated in a mumble

"Thanks for the reminder," Conner mumbled under his breath

"We got this," Aria encouraged the boy

"How do you know?" Conner asked as she sighed

"Because, we have hope," Aria stated before getting to work

They worked a little bit more before they ended up getting it but it was too late, as they were getting ready to clip on the adjustment, the bomb went off. Aria slammed the door shut so it wouldn't reach the other parts of the house, a tear had rolled down her eyes as she saw the look in Hank's eyes.
