𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀 & 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 | 𝗗𝗖 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘀

𝗦𝗶𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗻, 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿.

The City of Gotham was turning on the Titans since they were dosed by Crane and the drug that he and Jason were cooking, Aria understood why they were turning against them since they were brainwashed, and The whole city was.

"So, you said that you had a plan," Aria mumbled as she walked up to him

"I'm gonna turn myself in, make a show of it at the GCPD, as Nightwing," Dick stated causing her to roll her eyes

"God, you are out of good ideas," Aria scolded the man

"I need to show the people I'm not working with Gotham Police and give the city's trust back where it belongs, with them," Dick defended his plans

"Then what? We put Nightwing on trial?" Aria asked with concern

"It'll never get that far, I'll pay bail and disappear and work out of sight, just like always, except this time with the Titans," Dick explained some more

"I don't like it," Aria pointed out to her boyfriend

"I don't like it either, Ria, but it's the best I got," Dick stated in a soft voice

"Sucky plans never work," Aria reminded with a sigh

"It's better than nothing," Dick corrected her

"I'll start making plan B, just in case," Aria stated before walking out

Dick had explained the plan to the others and they had to agree with Aria, the plan sucked. Aria couldn't come up with a plan that didn't lead to people getting hurt or dying so she had to go with Dick's plan to turn themselves in.

"So we turn ourselves in and then what?" Gar asked looking at the adults

"And then we post bail, continue doing our work, but in a less public way, work in the shadows, take this city back night by night, It's not gonna be easy, and it's not gonna be fast, but we can do it and if you have a better idea, please, now's the time," Dick stated looking at Aria

"They hate us," Gar pointed out in response

"They've been manipulated into hating us, by Crane," Aria corrected the

"Conner, Blackfire, what do you think?" Dick asked looking between the two

"It was brutal out there and I don't wanna be looked at like that again," Conner admitted in a hurt voice

"Well, surrender isn't my thing but I am used to people looking at me like I'm a monster so whatever you all decide on, I'm in," Blackfire stated with a smirk

"Kory?" Aria questioned her friend

"We've played it by the book so far and this is where it's led us so maybe you're right, maybe we try a new way, I'm in," Kory agreed to cause Dick to nod

"We go in together," Dick stated before looking back at Aria

"As a team and as a family," Aria added in support

They all nodded before heading to go get suited up, Aria never thought that Supergirl would become public enemy number one with her turning herself in but at this point, she knew it was necessary to take back Gotham. The plan did not go as plan as expected,

"Still nothing?" Conner asked Dick who was pacing

"Lines are down, Barb shot a cop and she's gonna need our help," Dick stated before Aria sighed

"She's the Commissioner, she'll be all right so is there any luck with the others?" Aria asked her boyfriend

"I got the same message like everything's shut down, Dick, I think we should go home," Conner admitted to his mentor

"Red Hood and the cops know about Wayne Manor, it's the one place we can't be," Aria explained to her nephew

"So let's go outside, help some people out," Conner countered in desperation

"Look, I wish we could, but right now, our only job is to not get caught, Gotham City's on its own," Dick stated to the two

Aria looked down at the ground before going to look out the window, trying not to be seen by anyone. She hated how she had to be cut off from everyone, her friends, Clark, and even Barbara. She looked over at Conner and Dick as they talked, this was not how it was supposed to go.
