A few hours after their encounter with Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Neville, Polaris visits the Gryffindor table to ask Harry and Ron why they were out of bed "That cousin of yours tried to lure us into a trap, and get us in trouble. I think he was bitter about the fact I wasn't in trouble." Harry says to Polaris, who looks furious "That little bastard. Don't worry, I'll make sure he doesn't do it again." he says in a menacing voice "Anyways, I gotta ask you something. Did you ever notice a trapdoor by that dog?" Harry asks "Yes, but I don't care enough to look further." Polaris responds "Do you care about anything?" Ron asks "I care about some things, but not much." replies Polaris, who sees the twins waving him over "Whoops, gotta go. See ya." Polaris says, getting up from the table and walking towards the twins. "Hey guys, what's up?" Polaris asks "We've got an idea for a prank, but we need your help." Fred responds "what is it?" Polaris asks "Pranking that cousin of yours." George replies, making Polaris smile "Go right ahead. What do you have in mind?" he asks "Dyeing his hair the Gryffindor colours." Fred says, making Polaris smirk "Here." George says, handing Polaris something that looks like a small red ball "Tear this open when he's asleep, then find us near the Gryffindor common room, so we can dye your hair." Fred explains "If you're going to dye my hair, make sure you dye it purple." Polaris requests "Gotcha." the twins respond simultaneously "Alright, see you guys later." Polaris says, ending the conversation
Later that night
Slytherin common room
September 13th, 1991
11:30 pm
Polaris is reading a book in the common room, waiting for everyone to fall asleep. After a little while, he finally hears snoring coming from the boys' dorms. He gets up, puts his book into his messenger bag, and sneaks into Draco's dorm. Draco shares his dorm with Crabbe, Goyle, Theodore Nott, and Polaris's friend Blaize Zambini. Polaris spots Draco sleeping in the center bed. He always wants to be the center of attention Polaris thinks to himself. Polaris sneaks up to Draco's bed, and takes the ball out of his pocket and in one swift motion, he tears the ball open, making it leak the dye inside of it onto Draco's bleached hair. Polaris smirks at this, once all of the dye is onto Draco's hair, Polaris sneaks out of the room. After he sneaks out of the Slytherin common room, Polaris heads towards the Gryffindor common room. "Psst. over here" George's voice calls out, making Polaris walk towards a broom closet "Did you manage to do it?" Fred asks "Yup." Polaris replies "Well, let's dye your hair, so you won't raise suspicion." George says, pulling out a dark purple ball "How long does this dye last?" Polaris asks "about a week." Fred answers, making Polaris smirk "get on with it then." Polaris orders "yes sir" the twins say, saluting mockingly.
The next morning
Draco's POV
The Great Hall
September 14th, 1991
8:05 am
I walk to the Great Hall, wondering why everyone is pointing at me and laughing. I spot Polaris, but for some reason, he has purple hair. "Hey, Polaris, what's with the hair?" I ask "I don't know, I walked through a doorway last night and dye fell onto my hair, but I think it looks good on me, don't you?" He replies "Cool, cool, do you have any idea why everyone's pointing and laughing at me" I ask, making him chuckle "Go look in a mirror, Draco." He replies, making me confused, what does he mean by that? I quickly go to the nearest boys bathroom and look in a mirror, to see my beautiful blonde hair replaced by red and gold. What the hell is this?! This has got to have something to do with Potter, I know it. I better tell father about this. Whoever did this is gonna pay.
