Personality: much like his "sort of" brother soma he is a kind and confident person, maybe a little too honest since he seems to lack a filter a lot of the time
Backstory: Much like has is last name would suggest he is the son of Gin Dogima and he had a wife who died after he gave birth too him, but even though he's being raised by the Yukihira family since Gin doesn't have much free time bud he takes him on trips when he can so there's no hostility there, he is also well connected to the Nakiri family especially a certain white haired girl
Speciality Also like soma he possesses a jack of all trades master of none style of cooking so he's pretty much good at evening but if you would ask him what's his go to in a tough situation then he'd say Japanese cooking such as Ramn, onigiri, sushi and many more
