Miss. London happened to be the nastiest an old lady could ever get, as a matter of fact, a pirate's tongue was clean when compared to hers. That is what made her a gem by herself. She also happened to be the neighborhood's favorite resident, the "OG" as Eric referred to her.
As for Eric, he was in a state that Ariel has never seen before, he looked like he had seen the devil in his two eyes, the poor thing's biggest flaw was the inability to handle any sense of loss.
As he and Ariel sat down in the hospital waiting for any ray of hope to hit them about miss. London, Eric's mind wondered off as he watched the sweeping of the chimney, another "flaw" of Eric was that he would wonder into his own world when he was in trouble, and the only thing the boy could remember as he saw the chimney was the infamous, "Chim Chim Cheree"
"Nowhere is there
A more 'appier crew
Than them wot sings
"Chim chim cher-ee
Chim cher-oo!
(On the) Chim chiminey chim chim
Cher-ee chim cher-oo!"
"Eric, she's stable now" whispered Ariel in hopes of not waking up little Ella, "Eric wake up", but alas, he was too asleep.
