[Classroom Of The Elite] : Reaction

Introduction

A/N : Hello! Thank you for clicking on this story. I would like to note that the characters will be from the timeline of the start of the story, specifically after they got back to school after the Cruise Ship Exam. I have read up to Y2V10 which is the furthest the story goes with the english translation as of December.

TL;DR : Reaction characters are from after Cruise Ship exam.

As Chabashira had a foot out the door, she stopped abruptly and opened her mouth.

"Ah, that reminds me. All of you are expected to be at the gymnasium at around now. But after all your absences and tardinesses at the beginning of the year , what's a couple more to boot?"

With her leaving the room after saying this , you could see her wearing a triumphant smirk through the glass which contrasted pretty off-puttingly with the defeated students in class 1-D. You can't really blame them , after such a one-sided victory in the Island Exam , they got brutally reminded that they're still at the bottom of the barrel due to their misbehavior. From the corner of my eye, I could see the dejected Hirata with a soft smile at the front with his mouth half-open , probably wanting to say something about Sensei's remark.

While the silence only grew , most students found themselves going to the gymnasium with their heads hung low, there were even some students who would normally always huddle up with their friends going by themselves. But of course there were still some students who just were chatting and laughing with their comrades , still celebrating their overwhelming victory at the Island Exam and their smaller victory on the Cruise Ship special exam.

As I stood up myself , I slowly made my way to the gymnasium while hearing the sound of a chair rattling a bit after me.

"Hey , where do you think you're going?"

I turn around and see my seatmate , Horikita Suzune. She said this with a pretty loud voice , almost as if I did something wrong and was getting scolded for wandering into somewhere I shouldn't be going to.

"I'm not sure if you heard , but Sensei told us to head into the gymnasium , so that's what I'm currently doing."

"I see. Well , I guess I'll be heading off aswell. I'd like to talk to you after all of this is over."

She then proceeded to go in front of me and start walking in a fast but dignified looking way. Did she do that on purpose to get ahead of me? How childish and expected of her.

As I step foot into the gymnasium , I see hundreds of students gathered up. I was assuming that there might be more students here due to class D staying so long in our classroom , but I can't say I was expecting the other years involved too, this might be more important than I first thought.

As I look closer , I see a dozen teachers at the start of each line for each class. I could see class 3-A's representative being the Student Council President , which isn't that surprising after seeing his physical prowess and from his overall confidence, title and imposing figure. For our year , class A seems to not have any representative student , with their line seeming to be devided into two sides: Katsuragi's side and Sakayanagi's. I can't help but notice that after these two special exams , Katsuragi's numbers are slowly dwindling.
