Here's the plan:
Today is the day that the Reeves Company is to hand Eren and Historia over to the Military Police First Squad which is trusting the Reeves Company with everything from Eren and Hisotria's transportation route to the selection of the holding spot.
After that, once they are taken; the scouts will use the Reeves Company to follow them wherever they're heading. The only goal they should have is to change the current system. Making Historia the crown handed from a placeholding king to the true queen.
They must force the people to accept that the system until now has been a lie and show them a new light. Even if the Scouts are allowed to help, then we will seal the hole in Wall Maria.
As the plan continued, Reeves and the First Squad Interior came in, and something unexpected happened. Turned out Dimo Reeves was killed by a man and the plan was completely leaked.
Because of that, the Survey Corps is highly suspected and civilians assumed that the Survey Corps killed Dimo Reeves. This means the Survey Corps is ordered to immediately stop its activities and all members must surrender.
Two Days later, the military police confirmed that the survey corps had murdered civilians and were now wanted highly. Wanted posters were out but were only Captain Levi to be identified.
