𝒔𝒖𝒈𝒂𝒓𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒅𝒅𝒐𝒕 𝑰𝒎𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔

I look at the matching pajamas in my arms and smile this is our first Christmas and I want to make it special

I change into my pajamas and sit on the couch waiting for him to get home with a smile on my face he enters the front door with a smile "hi ma" ha starts walking towards me "back up" I say

He looks confused but he backs up until he bumps into the door I walk over to him and smile "look up" he looks up

the confusion on his face leaves when he sees mistletoe he leans down to kiss me we hold the kiss for a few seconds

Once the kiss end I give him pajamas a black shirt with plaid pants to match mine he goes and changes into them

When he come out the bathroom I take a picture of me and him "I love them" he says smiling "let's bake cookies" I say as he nods grinning wildly we walk into the kitchen I pull out my recipe book

"What type of cookies though? " I ask

"Gingerbread men" he says smiling and I nod in agreement I flip through the book to find the recipe once I find it I read it out

"¾ cup unsalted butter softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
¼ cup molasses
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp ginger" I say

He nods and gets the ingredients once we make the zdough we put it in the oven at "350°" for 12 minutes

once they are baked and cooled we put frosting and sprinkles to decorate them once we're done we sit the plate of cookies on the coffee table and sit down on the couch and put on "the Grinch"

We smile as we eat cookies and watch the movie while cuddling

"I love you" he says kissing my cheek

"I love you too" I say smiling
