Napadilat ako ng mata dahil sa alarm ko. It's 6 in the morning and I need to go to My cafe. First one is the first branch and next is the other one on other Barangay. It was under construction and I need to visit the site well part of being hands on, guess.

"Good morning Maam Trix." Bungad ni Sab isa sa mga empleyado ko na tumayo narin bilang secretary ko.

"Good moring Sab, to my office please." I smiled as I made may way to my office.
I was busy fixing my things when I heard knocks on my door.

"Pasok Sab." Sabi ko after matigil ang katok. Pumasok si Sab na may hawak na mga papeles.

"Maam you have meeting po with the members of the organization pinapasabi ni Ate Caryl. Dumaan po kahapon dito."

Ate Caryl is our secretary in The Child Care Organization. I let them plan and decide whatever they want. They know what they are doing, i'm confident about them.

"Anong oras daw Sab?" I sat on my chair as Sab continue talking.

"Mamayang 1 po sa orphanage daw po, kasama nila Mother Cath."

"Sige salamat, how about yung stocks ng cake mayroon pa ba?"

"Opo maam, new sets of cake have arrived  just this morning."

"Sige i-che-check ko mamaya Sab. Tapusin ko lang tong paper works."

"Sige po maam." Ani niya at nagpaalam na.
When she left I begun having silence and had my me focused on the papers. Most of the paper was for my second branch which was still ongoing. It is still my own branch I'm still not quite sure about franchising.

After finishing my paperworks, I also did help in organizing and packing cookies and cakes.

Pinag-aralan ko din kung pano mag brew ng coffee kaya naman ako na ang nag timpla ng order ng costumer dahil busy ang mga empleyado ko.

Lahat ng empleyado ko ako mismo ang nag hire. I also hire a professional barista and baker to  train them how to make coffee and bake kahit na sa bakers ako nag papabake ng pastries. I want them to learn too.

After eating my lunch ay nagpaalam na ako sa mga empleyado ko at nagpunta na sa orphanage. Pinagpaliban ko muna ang pag-punta sa site. Kinausap ko na ang engineer at mag-seset daw siya nang date ng aming meeting about sa update nang on-going cafe.

Sa gate palang ng orphanage ay naririnig ko na ang mga hagikgik nang mga bata. Sumalubong sakin ay ang mga bata na naglalaro sa likuran.

"Ate Trix, ano yang dala mo penge ako." ani ni Tom, tinutukoy ay ang laman ng bitbit kong box. Pero panigurado alam na nila kung ano iyon. Tuwing napaparito ako ay nagdadala ako nito.

"Oo naman Tom share this to everyone go."
At binigay na ang 2 box may isa pang natira.

Para sa mga ka-members ko.

Pumasok ako sa office at naabutan sila halos kumpleto na.

Hinintay lang namin ang iba and after a while nagsimula na ang meeting.

"Well I was suggesting for atleast like 10 more orphanage for this chrismast event Malaki ang nalikom nating donation  from our sponsors."

"Well that a good Idea Trix. A big crowd is so tiring so we can make 4 events right?" Umagree naman kaming lahat.

"Two-three orphanage in one events sound good." Ani ng isa namin kasama.

"Also reach program para sa mga single and teenage mom." Ani ni Valery she is also hear. I look at her and smiled.
