I'm going to quickly explain some things.
This story is based in Slovenia.
Zoé is from the UK, but has grown up in the US until her mother died of cancer. She then lived with her grandmother in Slovenia, but moved out and now lives alone.
Mia is originally from Spain, but moved to Slovenia when she was 2. She lives with her 2 dogs.
Bojan, Nace, Jure, Kris and Jan all live together.
