Chapter 18

We have only a few weeks until graduation and we have been having so many tests lately and they are killing me

I haven't spoken to Aditya in days and it feels so weird,I can't stay without him

I got to school in a white hoodie and a short jean skirt,I got to my locker and took my books and walked through the hallway to my class.

Suddenly everyone started running and shouting,I stopped someone and asked what's going on

"There is a bomb"she said as she began to run

I stood there wondering why Malini would take the lives of innocent people to get to me.

I dropped my books and sprinted to the cafeteria where the bomb was.

I ran to the top floor with the bomb,I opened the window and climbed to the roof and sat there

I unlocked my phone and searched how to defuse a bomb.

If it blows up at least I tried

The instructions said I should cut the blue wire,I did and it didn't blow up

The next thing I know the whole school was Cheering for me from outside

The timer of the bomb was at 20
Instincts told me to cut the red wire and I did.

I dropped the bomb and hoped it didn't blow up

I didn't blow up

I was so happy that I started dancing on the roof.

I eventually got down and the bomb squad took the bomb away

The principal cancelled school for the rest of the day and I decided to hang with Kylie in the Spa

The Spa was so classy we didn't even have a Spa back in Texas.

I got into a robe and put on a green face mask and cucumbers on my eyes as the pedicurist does my toes

"This is so nice"I say

"Right,we should do this often"Kylie says

The cold breeze of the air conditioner passed us,I felt so relaxed and forgot everything. Then it came to me that Aditya is still mad at me.

After the pedicure we went into the hottub. Kylie got the hottub specially booked for us.

"Can I talk to you"I say to Kylie

"Sure"she says

"Em,Malini has been plotting against me lately"I say

"What?"she shouts

"Yeah,the fire,the bus,the bomb"I say

"She could have killed you"she says

"Yeah I know"I say

"We have to get her arrested"she says

"Nooooo,she is my sister plus we don't have evidence"

"Then get evidence,has she ever confessed"Kylie asked

"Yeah a couple of times"I say

"Then record her confessing"kylie says

I should have thought of that.By now Aditya would have believed me.

"Your right, know let's enjoy this"I say

We spent a few more hours there then we went home.

We were having a charity event for the orphanage today at home

I got into a red floral dress and head to the kitchen. From the kitchen door I saw Malini putting something inside the kids drink.

Rupati came into the kitchen and took the drinks to serve it to the kids

I ran to the living room where the kids were about to drink,the poisoned drinks so I slapping it out of their hands

"The drinks are poisoned"I say after slapping it out of the last kids hand

"What"the orphanage instructor said

"Malini poisoned them"I say

"What,I didn't"Malini says taking a glass of the juice from the tray Rupati was holding and drinking it

"Mr tripathi if you didn't want us here you could have said so"the orphanage
Instructor said

"We are so sorry"Aditya's dad says as the orphanage instructor takes the kids and leave

I walk to the kitchen to get a broom to sweep out the glass.Malini then walks into the kitchen

"That was a show"she said laughing

"I saw you poisoning it"I say

"Oh I poisoned drinks but not those drinks"she says carrying a tray of juice out of the kitchen

I quickly got the broom and rushed to the living room

They were all drinking the juice,in a few seconds they were acting weird

I think they are drunk

"I won't let you hurt my family"I say stopping Rupati from smashing into the wall

"Well that's too late"she says sitting down

I look around for Aditya and I saw him. I walked to him and asked him if he wanted to play tag,he said yes so we started playing so I can distract him and keep him away from Malini.

I saw uncle walking into the kitchen so I ran and stopped him. When I came back I didn't see Aditya,I started searching but then I saw him walking into his room probably to pass out

I sat outside his door to make sure Malini couldn't enter.I sat there and fell asleep at night and dozed off

I woke up to the sound of Aditya's door opening.I got up from the ground to see Malini coming out of the door fixing her hair

She couldn't have,did she,no,did she.

My head has a huge ache thinking about it.

I peep into the room to see Aditya's torso covered with a blanket and he was skirtless

My body becomes so weak and shocked,I fall to the ground and I begin to scream hoping it's a dream

Malini just walks away,The whole family came to his room,they were not drunk anymore but sober. They look into the room and saw what I saw.

Malini came back and started crying

"He raped me"she said

You mean you raped him

I got up and went straight to the police station not thinking

"I want to file a case against Malini Michaels"I say walking into the police station

"For what case"the case reporter asks

"For rape against my husband Aditya kumar tripathi"I say

"What?"she says and begins to type into the computer

I personally won't let Malini get away with this
