Just so it is clear I do not own any of the Supernatural characters, they all belong to Eric Kripke, although not all characters in here are Supernatural's, some are my own creation.

But I do hope you enjoy this story because it's the first one I have ever posted, and I just wanted some feedback on the style of it

So here it is

 Diana:

The crescent moon was covered by slim, wispy clouds, cutting off a nice source of natural light. Not that it was needed in a town so close to Kanata and Ottawa. But it would have been beautiful, the glow of the moon goddess’ power.

That is if you weren’t busy getting punched in the face by some new kind of demon, like  me.

My head hit the wall of the building behind me as the demon’s free fist came back and connected with my face. The other hand was around my throat, although it wasn’t squeezing too hard which I thought was kind of funny. As well, the demon had a human appearance, of course he was wearing what he called a “meat suit” also known as the guy who works at a fast food joint and who’s easy to snatch when leaving work.

I made a little gurgling sound as some of my blood dripped down my throat. It tasted awful. He gave a guttural laugh. “Guess you should have studied who you were dealing with before you came swingin’ too soon.”

“Guess I thought that important demons would wear important people, or do they not understand the difference?” I said through gritted teeth. He snarled and closed his hand around my throat even more. I choked out a laugh as my vision went fuzzy.

Then something hit the back of his head and he let go from the shock not because it hurt. I fell to the ground coughing up blood, before moving onto all fours. Whatever, whoever, hit him would need some help and I wasn’t one to back down from a fight.

I coughed up some more blood, and then rose onto my jelly filled legs. My head spun a bit as I tried to focus on the combat scene in front of me. There were two men fighting the demon, one was up close hand-to-hand fighting while the other was back, chanting an incantation.

I didn’t think, I just did, I ran, jumped onto the demon’s back, wrapped my arms around his neck and squeezed. He lost concentration and stopped hitting at the guy. Instead he clawed at my arms and I had to grit my teeth to stop screaming as I felt my flesh being torn. I held on defiantly, while the guy kicked him the stomach, hard enough that he stumbled and went down, I jumped off just before he hit the ground.

While he was on the ground his mouth was wrenched open by an invisible force and a thick, large black cloud billowed from his mouth. I watched in amazement as the kid regained control of his body. When hunting I usually slit the throat with my 'holy' knife.

I coughed again and blood dribbled out of my mouth. The guy who’d been fighting was helping the boy up and the other who’d been chanting, had closed his book and was coming over to help me. He kneeled next to me, grabbed my waist while draping my arm around his shoulders, and then he helped me to my feet.

They were hunters, that much I could tell, but if the were part of the Order or not, that was beyond me. Order members showed up just about anywhere, at any given time, like these two, but these two didn’t have the stern stature that Order members did.

“Thanks,” I coughed and a little blood came out, but it was stopping.

“No problem,” he said keeping a firm grip on my waist and wrist.

We headed up some stairs, that I didn’t even remember going down or even coming into this building, which we headed out of and into an ally. The hunter and the guy he was helping leaned against a beautiful, shiny, black, well kept Impala.
