They slowly sail past port enterence, to located several kilometers away Eagle Union research center. On front is Y/N, beside his ship are Shangri-La and New Jersey, and behind him is Memphis.
20 minutes later (11:30 a.m. ) dock in research center
Y/N: [ Walks onto dock and looks on city in backround ] [wispers] New york cit-
In that moment NJ hugs him tightly.
NJ: Welcome in America, Commander Y/N~! Don'tcha love that kind of stuff~?
Y/N: [rolls his eyes, slightly uncomfortable] You didn't change at all, New Jersey.
NJ: Don'tcha say~
Shangri-La: New Jersey, you should give commander some personal space!
Y/N: [smiles awkardly] I'm not against hugs, but I agree with Shangri-La.
NJ saddens a little.
NJ: [ Release Y/N from hug ] If you says so.
Y/N: Thank you. [ Back up a little and look on them ] I'm happy to see you all.
All shipgirls: We are happy too.
After looking around, Y/N notice something.
Y/N: It changed so much, from what I remeber.... It's so modern now.
Memphis: In recent years, base gone trough complete modernisation, and now it's Eagle Union R&D main center.

They walks inside huge building. NJ wanders after them.
Memphis opens doors to main hall. There is many prototypes, from torpedo launchers and torpedoes itself, to Battleship turrets.
Y/N: O my!
Memphis: This is where we build new wepons and test their durability.
Y/N: Incredible... I mean, R&D here was always ahead a little bit, but now, It's just something else.
NJ: [Giggles] We are glad to hear that!
As they walks futher into building, they reach Roofed shipyard with 3 drydocks. 2 of them are free, 3rd is Occupied by Iowa.
Y/N: Let me guess, you still makes kansens here?
Memphis: Yes. Currently we work on Iowa-
JN: My big sis~! [Stands near Iowa's ship]
Memphis: But it's going very slowly. She's not easy to work with.
Y/N: When she will be ready?
Memphis: Hard to tell. Year? Maybe more, maybe less...
Y/N: Better than nothing. [Looks around]
