Chapter (6)

When running you found an old looking palace it was outgrown with plants and trees you entered it the palace looked abandoned you tried looking for people but no one answered in the end you found some cloths probably used for bed and layered them on top of each other to create a bed of some sort, there was a tree beside it, you put the prince down on them before taking of his shirt there was blood all over it

After taking his shirt off and putting it  on the side to wash it later, you looked at the wound, you wanted to find a way to stop it from bleeding but you had already used all the cloths to make him a bed  looked at you long under skirt for a moment before ripping apart of it of and using it to stop his bleeding and it stopped after some pressing after that you wrapped him with another part of you skirt leaving you with a ripped skirt that covered to you knees barely

You then looked at his face to notice his lips were going blue 'oh god please don't die on me' you put your hand on his cheek checking his temperature he is ice cold 'this guy is freezing don't tell me you already died' you checked his pulse to make sure he was still alive you felt a faint beating you let out a breathe of relief but at the same time he isn't going to survive until morning you had to do something about it now you thought for a while

Then you reached you hand into your undergarments where you had kept you dagger before and took out the antinode, staring at it for a while you opened the cap and smelled it, it smelled like poisonous berries mixed with mint and some other greens you held it for a while 'I gotta put some trust in the old man' you hoped that this would work you opened the prince's mouth and poured it all in

You got up and sat at the gigantic tree in the middle of the palace you leaned your head back after what seemed like hours you got up when it was just about 20 minutes the sun was going to rise soon you took the prince's shirt and went out to find a place to wash it a get some water and possibly some food as well you walked around the balance until you found a pond it looked so pretty and clear

You washed the prince's shirt and washed yourself and getting dressed before going back in to check on the prince you stayed next to him for a few hours thinking that once they figured he was gone they would come but none of that happened a few hours later the sun was out it was a beautiful day the prince opened his eyes I was sitting cooking some fishes I found at the pond they were small but it is better than nothing right?

When he opened his eyes at first you didnt notice until he asked where he was you turned to him surprised "your majesty you are awake thanks god I almost lost hope"

"where are we now" he asked looking around

"I am not sure I think it is a forgotten palace I found it while running from the assassins" you put you hand to your shin. "your majesty how do you feel right now" you asked hopefully

"could be worse" he sat up and the jacket I covered him with fell and now his hold upper body was exposed
"where is my shirt" he asked once he noticed

"I washed it it is drying out side" you said looking away from back then you didn't look at his body as you were busy making sure both you and him survives you asked him if he was thirsty and he said yes you took him to the pond and said "there is no cups here if you are thirsty you can drink directly from the pond"

He looked at the pond for a while before going to it and drinking some of its water he then got up and walked back inside murmuring something about not drinking from a pond ever again you entered after him "we well move back to your palace once you feel well enough to move" you said

"we can go now" he said wanting to get out of her fast

"refused" you rejected immediately
"you limp when you walk you expect me to let you walk like that all the way back to the palace"

"we will go don't make me say that it was an imperial order" he threatened but you stood your ground he is not leaving sick

"I would have to carry you back if you lost you conscious when returning" you said with your eyes narrowed at him

You two kept bickering until you have reached that you will return to the main palace but if he passed out you would leave him right then and there you gave him his shirt and jacked he wore them but not so tightly so that the wound wouldn't be reopened

so you two walked to the palace in silence it was almost suffocating after about 2 hours you finally started seeing a palace when you reached it the palace was the same palace you left two hours ago "are we just walking in circles" you asked exhausted from all the walking

"I knew we should have taken that right" said Claude for once he seemed like a normal human being not a robot or a stone you two continued walking until you could make out a familiar dagger on the ground it was yours! you took it and hid it back in your undergarments

"do you just keep everything there don't you fear that it might hurt you" said the prince in a disgusted tones

"give me a dress with pockets and I would stop putting them there" you said in an annoyed tone you two continued walking until you saw the prince's palace it was like heaven gave its blessings to you

The prince walked towards the palace directly to his room and you had to follow him until you reached his room he told you to leave but you told him no and that he had to see a doctor he looked at you for a while until he agreed and asked you to get one so you went to find a doctor

you did of course get weird looks from how horrible you looked with a ripped skirt and disheveled hair but you somehow managed to find Felix who looked like he just arrived

"what happened to you did you get hurt" he asked in a worried tone

"I am fine Felix just get a doctor for the prince"

"did the prince get hurt? tell me what happened" he said holding your shoulders tightly you let out a pained groan and he let go

"just go get him I will explain to you later" you said. really not sleeping for a full day was horrible you were exhausted and tired Felix left to get a doctor he looked like a poor puppy that got kicked on the streets

You went back to the prince who told you to go back and get some rest you refused at first but then agreed and went to your room and the maid's quarter and you let your body fall unto the bed and fell asleep immediately dreaming about eating that fish you had to leave at the other palace
