Massaging her forehead, Jiyun sighed. This was the tenth murder of a pregant lady who was associated with their hospital in the last three months. The police were investigating since then but found nothing. "Don't you think this is very strange? I mean all these murders have a direct connection with the hospital, it's very strange."

Jeonsan nodded his head and added, "It is strange."

When Jiyun did not say anything, he cupped her cheeks and tried to calm her down. "Hey, stop stressing over it okay? The police will surely find the killer very soon and everything is going to be alright."

Burying her face on his chest, she took a deep breath. "Hmm, I hope so."

"There isn't much to do sister Yuqi, you just need to look into these and—"

Cutting him off, Yuqi chuckled, "Joowon stop freaking out,"

Wiping his sweat away, he shook his head, "No, I am not freaking out."

"It's just a date, you just need to show up and talk to her and see if you are compatible." Patting his back, she added, "Stop worrying about it."

Joowon sighed and helplessly shook her head, "I don't understand why mom wants me to go on a date all of a sudden? I mean, I am still young right?" After Ben and Sam had found the perfect partner for themselves, Rose kept insisting Joowon to go on dates and had also started planning out blind dates for him.

"Well, if you don't find yourself a girlfriend then these dates are not gonna end. So you need hurry up before you get drowned with blind dates with different kinds of women."

"Hmm, I'll go now because mom told me that if I am late, she will throw me out."

After Joowon left, Yuqi resumed her work. Since Zixin was not around and Ben was staying at the hospital with Clara, she was helping Joowon with the company because Sam's schedule was already full.

After sometime, an employee entered the office. "Ma'am there is a woman who wants to meet you."

"Who is it?" She asked.

"Umm she is saying that she is your mother," the employee replied.

Yuqi frowned and inquired, "Why would mom need anyone's permission to enter?"

"It's not madam Jeon, it's some other woman," the employee answered.

"Some other woman? Hmm alright, let her in."

After the employee left, Yuqi resumed her work not paying much attention to who the woman was.

Just then someone entered the office and called her out, "Yuqi?"

Lifting her head when Yuqi saw who it was, she frowned. Though she had never met her before, it wasn't hard for her to make out who it was.

Completely ignoring her, she kept flipping through the documents. "What are you doing here?"

Yeri eyes brightened and she quickly made her way towards her. "Y-you recognize me?"

"Why wouldn't I recognize my mother's younger sister? I had seen your pictures back in the Kim mansion so it wasn't hard for me to guess." She blandly said.

Yeri sighed and sat down right across Yuqi. "Look, I know you are mad at me and—"

Cutting her off, Yuqi asked, "Mad at you? Why would I be mad at you?"

Yeri pursed her lips and lowered her head. "Didn't they tell you the real truth yet?"

"What truth?"

"T—that I am your real mother, not big sister Lalisa."

Closing the documents, Yuqi nodded her head, "Uh-huh I heard about it but I chose not to believe it."

"Yuqi I—"

Cutting her off, Yuqi snapped, "I am Jeon Jungkook and Kim Lalisa's daughter and no one can change that fact. I don't care even if you gave birth to me or anything. Nothing can change the fact that—"

Just then Jeonsan dashed into the office and rushed towards Yuqi.

"Are you okay?" He inquired before checking her out. When Jungkook informed him about Yeri's arrival in the country, Jeonsan panicked alot and drove to the company as fast as he could.

He had already heard everything that had happened in the past and how manipulative his aunt was so he didn't want her to harm his sister, he wouldn't let anyone hurt Yuqi.

Jungkook had asked Jeonsan to bring Yuqi back to the mansion and he would deal with Yeri accordingly but who would've thought that Yeri would straightaway come to the company looking for her.

Yuqi nodded her head and said, "I am fine brother Jeonsan."

"Are you sister Lisa's son? Oh my God you look exactly like your father and—"

"Who let you in?" He snapped.

"Someone told me that a lady is here to visit so I asked them to let her in," Yuqi answered.

"How many times do I have to remind you not to let in anyone you feel like Yuqi? Will you ever listen to me?" He frowned.

Without waiting for her reply, he turned towards Yeri and added, "And you have no business here so get out of here before I ask the guards to throw you out."

Yeri pursed her lips and retorted, "Is this the way you talk to your aunt? And I am here to see my daughter, I don't think so anyone should have any problem with that."

"You—"

"Brother Jeonsan please calm down and let me handle this okay?" Yuqi placed her hand on his arm to assure him that everything was fine. She understood why he was panicking so much but she didn't want him to stress over it too much.

"But you don't have to get into this, father told me to bring you home and he would deal with her later."

"It's alright, I can at least talk to her and clear the misunderstanding that she has." Turning towards Yeri, she added, "If you are here because you want me to accept you as my mother or even acknowledge you as one, then you are wrong. I will never do that no matter what happens so it's better if we pretend that this never happened. Stop intruding our peaceful lives and stay away."
