UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

"For the LAST TIME China, I will NOT let you brainwash my allies!" I hang up on the Bastard. What does he think he's doing? Who does he think he is? I am the one who is in control, not him. I diel NSA.

"I have a job for you."

"Yes ma'am, what can I do for you?"

"I need a little shit to get a lesson in."

"Ma'am, you know that we can't 'teach' lessons to great powers."

"It's not him who we are going to target."

"Then who?"

"His greatest ally, I need him to learn that if he contradicts me, he will get punished."

"I understand ma'am, I will tell Dee and we are on top of it."

"Good, that is fine. Thank you."

I hung up and put the phone in my pocket, I love this job but at the same time, I hate this job so much. I stormed down the hallway passing the murals and tinted windows of great power before me. 'This job is either the funnest thing in the world, or a living nightmare.

I come up to the door of my office and walk inside, passing Dee who was taking calls for me. "Some people are really mad at you. What did you do?" She asks while still holding the phone "It's not what I did, it's what I will do they are mad at." "I am terribly sorry but I must put you on hold. Thank you."

Dee puts the phone down and follows me into the war ground known as my office. "United States, what are you doing in Taiwan?" "Mrs. United States, I need some more funding ." "Mrs. United States, I need more weapons, please." I look at the mass of people in my office, that weren't supposed to be in here.

"Every one out, Mrs. United States needs to do work and all of you are getting in the way!" Dee yells...

In my ear. "Thanks Dee." I say. "But Mrs. United States, I really need to talk with you, just five minutes of your time." A micro country says, "I am really sorry, every one but Mrs. United States needs to do some important things, those who need to talk with her, you can make an appointment with me and I will schedule you with her ASAP."

The crowd of people leave my office and start to crowd Dees office. 'Poor Dee.' But I need to do some real business. I walk over to my desk and get out my laptop. But before I start to get to work, I glance out the window behind me, and what a sight.

My office is on the top most level of the building and I am able to look out over the atlantic pond and see the true wonders of the country world. The sun was rising over the pond and I could just barely see my house on the other side.

I could see little dips and overly exaggerated rises in the water indicating there were pond creatures such as mermaids, sirens, Loch Ness monsters, and sea dragons, most likely feeding on the fish. I loved looking out this window, but my work is calling and it won't do itself.

I turned around and to my surprise, UK was sitting across from me. "Hello Dolly." He gives me one of his rare smiles, I smile my 'business smile' back at him. "Hi UK, if you need to talk with me, you will need to make an appointment with Dee first, I can't make myself look like a hypocrite by letting you speak to me first before people who probably snuck into my office last night."

His smile turns into a frown, "This isn't business. I need you to meet me at my house tonight for a very important meeting." I look at him, something isn't right. "You will have to have Dee or Washington schedule that meeting. I am truly sorry, but I need to do my work, thank you for visiting!" I smile at him as he leaves my office.
