Chapter 1: Gideon Brooks

Knowing that most of the law force will be surrounding the building, the Hamato clan must find another way into the building without getting caught.

Donnie manages to locate a dark area where he uses a drone to cut open a window and let them jump into the tall building without raising alarms.

"Alright my sons, we look for this Apex mutant together and hopefully we can deal with this without creating a mess of things" Splinter whispered.

"I got a feeling that this will only end in chaos with us," Donatello gulped to himself.

Soon they used the shadows to reach a few stairways by the fire exit and within a few floors above, they noticed a bright light coming from one of the doors of the top floors.

"You don't think that crazy mutant is in there?" Raphael asked.

"One way to find out," Leonardo replied.

"Be prepared for anything" Splinter warned his sons.

As soon as the clan slowly opened the door, they saw the evil mutant known as Gideon creating some kind of giant explosive ball from within his mutated magical powers.

"Soon the city will learn to regret the day they push aside Gideon Brooks for those useless presidents, their idiotic mayors and everything that I could've done better and more but soon the city will be in my hands" Gideon evilly chuckles to himself.

"Gideon Brooks? I've heard of him" Donnie whispered to the gang: "He's some kind of washed up sleazy politician that tried to run for president but was denied because of his disturbing views and scheming disasters"

"So he's basically a greedy self-centred nutter" Raphael summarised.

"You know it's rude to talk about people behind their backs"

The gang turns to see Gideon turning back to see the mutants to which he reacted in surprise: "Who the heck are you?"

"Who the heck are you?" Mikey awkwardly asked back.

"I asked you first," Gideon scoffed.

"Asked you second" Mikey gave Gideon a smug grin.

"Mr. Brooks or...Mr. Apex, whatever you call yourself; we know who you are and we're here to make sure you're not going to destroy this city just because your wishes have been denied" Splinter strictly confronted the mutated wizard.

"Oh no? And who's going to stop me? A bunch of freaks that this city is infected with?" Gideon spat at the heroes.

"Freaks?! Have you look in a mirror lately, ya jack-off" Raphael angrily snapped.

"He looks more like a wizard," Mikey stated.

"I guess that's pretty accurate since that weird-like goo gave me unbelievable powers that I can use with this beautiful staff of mine" Gideon chuckled, showing off his metal pole that has a glowing green gem attached to it.

"The mutagen! It's absorbed into that crystal" Donne gasped.

"Mutagen? So that's what it's call" Gideon hummed in amusement: "No matter I will rule this city one way or another and no one will get in my way this time"

"Oh yeah? Well prepared to be knocked out, pal" Raphael cracked his knuckles.

Soon the gang launched themselves to fight the magical villain who hovers and slides around them in the air, casting spell-like attacks at them with his mutated staff.
