Prompt: Hermione confesses her feelings for y/n but doesn't take it serious .

Hermione and Y/n were both laying side to side as they chatted with the other girls in the dormitory all of them were just talking or laughing . "Soo does anyone have a crush?" said one of y/n's friend
"Oouu yes I do! , I fancy blaze" blurted out a girl
Some of the other girls answered but Y/n and Hermione haven't
"What about you Hermione?"
"umm , well yea" blushed the bushy brown haired girl . Everyone in the room "oooooo" including y/n
"what's her name?" they questioned curious
"that I'm not ready" said Hermione laughing , the others did too and that's how the night went

~ Next week ~

Hermione and Y/n were currently walking to where they were headed which was outside . Both girls always had an amazing time together they were really close .
When they got outside Hermione pulled Y/n to the side so that she was able to face y/n
"Y/n I have something important to tell you" she said with a soft smiled and her pink tinted cheeks
"Well of course 'Mione!" Excitedly y/n said
But she noticed Hermione was nervous so she put her hand on her shoulder rubbing it softly
Hermione smiled and began
"y/n I really love you" she said looking into y/n eyes
but Y/n smiled and laughed
"You know I do too" y/n said thinking she meant it in a friendly way of course
"But in a different way" Hermione Said
But y/n just laughed she was probably just leaning her
"Hey I heard Ron and Harry wanted to hang out with us" y/n said. Hermione felt hurt since y/n just laughed it out and she felt embarrassed.

That same night Hermione ignored and avoided Y/n.

•A week later•
Lately y/n's been noticing that whenever she tried to talk to Hermione she walks the other way or acts Like if she heard her. Even when they are eating hermione doesn't talk as much and avoids eye contact with y/n. Hermione on the other hand was hurt and upset , as no one was in the common room it was just Hermione who was there. The rest went to a Ravenclaws party since they decided to throw one in their common room. Hermione didn't notice a certain someone who had just entered and luckily it was Y/n
Hermione turned around and see it was her they both locked eyes when y/n furrowed her eyebrows. Hermione was quick to try and leave to the dormitory but y/n pulled her arm softly
"Why have you been ignoring me?"
Stated Y/n who was not upset but just a little
Hermione pulled her arm away and backed up
"what d-do you mean?" she said
"you haven't spoken to me and you've been avoiding me did I do something?" Y/n said quickly
"y/n I'm not in the mood to speak right now." She said turning away
"Damn it tell me please" y/n said as she said that hermione turned back around going towards y/n
"I really fancy you y/n!, but you just laughed do you know how hurt I was?" she said upset
"you l-like me?"
"yes y/n ! I do i love you so much" said the upset girl
"I'm so so sorry mione i just thought you mean it in a friend way" y/n said feeling guilty
Y/n cupped her cheeks caressing them as a few tears went down
She leaned in and kissed her . Both of them melted into the kiss
they both pulled away and y/n smiled
"I do too Beautiful" y/n kissed her again
