BB is indeed real in some way but what's his purpose.
He has some kind of connection with spring trap/purple man.
Here's my theory:
Bb was a child that was killed by purple man but now haunts him everywhere he goes witch is why you see him in FNAF 2. he's a ghost....
But his suit/plastic head is real and that's why we see it in the toy box.
