"Yes, Javi. Can you please hurry up?"

I am at the mall with Ivan and we were supposed to have lunch with Javi today but he's late. Again.

We sat at the chairs and as I was scrolling, I noticed a familiar figure inside the flower shop near us. "Athena?"

"Ha? Si Ivan toh" Sagot ni Ivan.

I stood up and took a peak. Damn it, I lost her. Baka guni guni ko lang 'yun? oo guni guni lang.

After a few minutes, Javi arrived already. "Anak ng- San ka ba galing?! sa Japan?!"

"Kalma mo, Ivan. Galing kasi ako sa office, may kinailangan akong gawin." Javi replied.

"Alin? landiin yung sekretarya mo?" Ivan spoke.

"Hoy, di ah! loyal ako dun sa Intern namin na bago." He defended himself.

"Stop it you two, let's just go and eat." I stoped them.

While we were ordering, it still bothered me. What if Athena's really here? Last thing that I heard about her is that she topped the bar exams.

"Hoy, Sandro tulala ka na naman" javi whispered.

"Kilala mo yung mga Yang? Diba yung dalawa nilang anak yung.. Collins tsaka Athena nag top sa board exam, balita ko nandito ngayon yung isa eh."

"Nakikinig sya sa chismis," Sagot ni Ivan. "Andito daw si ano?"

"Yeah, I saw her earlier. Akala ko guni guni lang, pero sya pala talaga." I said. "I want to see her but something is stopping me."

"Baka yung hiya mo." Javi replied.

When we finished eating, they were looking at shoes while I sat down. Para akong may kasamang dalawang bata, kala mo ngayon lang nakarating sa mall.

"Athena!"

Napalinggon ako nang marinig ko ang pangalana na 'yun. It's her. "Saji, bibili ka na naman shoes?" She asked.

I quickly got up and hid behind javi. "Wag kayo gagalaw. Athena's here."

"Ha? asan?" tanong noi Javi.

"Women's designer shoes area." I replied.

"Walk. Away. Quietly." I ordered.

"Ay 'yun ba? Athen-"

Agad kong tinakpan ang bibig ni Ivan dahil mag kikita na naman kaming dalawa ni Athena. Ayoko pa. "Ingay mo, Ivan!" i whispered.

"Gigilitan kita sa leeg eh," seryosong sabi ni Javi.

as soon as Athena and her friends walked away, i was able to breathe and let go of Javi and Ivan. I was nervous, like what I said earlier, something stopped me from approaching her and her friends. Hiya because I cheated? Guilt? And like what Vinny always uses to describe Simon, torpe.

Either way, i dont have enough courage to fave nor talk to her. I cant change the fact that I cheated on her.
