Chapter 32

Xavier's pov

I was sitting on the floor behind some bars in the police's office and the only thing on my mind was Y/n! How is she? Is she okay? Does she know that I am innocent, or she believed that I am a monster, and now she hates me? The third question scares me, and I don't even want to think about it! I couldn't bear her hating me, even the thought breaks my heart! I just want to be with her. Hug, kiss, and tell her how much I love her! I don't care what will happen to me, I just want her to be safe! When she is happy, I am happy, and I would risk everything in this world, so she would be happy and safe, even in my own life! I was staring at the floor when a piece of paper fell on my feet and when I looked up I saw thing waving at me! When I saw Y/n's unique handwriting in the envelope, my heart immediately warmed! But the thought of what this envelope contained scared me to death

          I know that this sounds disgusting, but I thought I have to be cute for once, remember this is the first and the last time, so don't get used to it! Anyway, it feels weird not having you around, because I don't have someone to annoy me anymore, but I miss you, a lot! I know that you are innocent and someone framed you, and I promise I will do everything to get you out of there! I wish I was able to come and help you escape, so we could run away together. We could live in a cottage far away from here and be together for the rest of our lives! I know that this is the best idea ever, but I am not even able to see you, and that breaks my heart! I know that you won't like it when I will tell you that I haven't stopped crying since yesterday, but I am not able to stop the tears coming through my eyes when I know that you are behind bars right now because it breaks my heart! You can't imagine how much I want to see you right now, and the fact I am not able to do it just destroys me! I swear that when you will come out of there that I will not let you leave me ever again, not even for a second! Because since you came into my life, I just can't imagine it without you!                                                                                                             I have read thousands of novels in my life which said that true love actually exists, but you just need to find the right person to share it with! I thought that this was bullshit until you came into my life and made me realize that Elisabeth Bennet and Catherine Earnshaw weren't such fools as I thought they were! Because you are my Mr. Darcy who at the begging I hated and then fall in love with! You are also my Heathcliff, who means the world to me, and can't imagine my life without you being included in it! I swear when you come back I will make you read both "Pride and Prejudice" and "Weathering Heights" because I know you have no clue what I am talking about!                                                                                                                                                                                     I know that I haven't said those three words enough times, so you could get tired of it, but I love you Xavier Thorpe and I always will! No matter what happens to us, no matter what happens in the future, no matter how far away from me, you are, even when death will take us apart, I will always love you! Nothing in this world could ever make me stop loving you, and I want you always to know that! My love for you will never die or change, not in a thousand years!

I finished this letter with a smile on my face and with relief! It broke my heart that Y/n was crying, and it was my fault, but there was nothing I could do right now even if I wanted to! I read the letter multiple times, but I hid it in my pocket when someone entered the room. I immediately stood up from the floor and there was sheriff unlocking the door 

Galpin: There is someone who wants to see you, Thorpe

He said opening the door for me to get out, and I was confused since I knew I wasn't allowed to associate with anyone

Xavier: I thought I wasn't allowed to see anyone until my trial was finished 

I asked in confusion and he sighed 

Galpin: Well this is going to be an exception that no one needs to know 

He said leaving the room, and he guided me to a different one in the police station that was far away from the main offices! He unlocked the door and told me that he will be back in an hour, and I was confused because I had no idea what was going on! When I entered the room, I saw a figure sitting in a chair and staring outside the window and I immediately knew who it was because I could recognize that beautiful raven (or your hair color) hair from miles away 

Xavier: Y/n...
