Chapter 16

I was sitting on the bed of Xavier's dorm, and he was sitting right opposite of me, and we were doing an art competition and our challenge was who was going to draw each other the best! While I was drawing, I caught him staring at me with a smile on his face

Y/n: What?

I asked in confusion

Xavier: Sorry, I didn't know that I wasn't allowed to stare at my girlfriend

He said with a smile and I tried to hide mine because I still couldn't believe that we were together for almost a month now! Then he tried to look at my drawing, but I pulled it away

Y/n: No cheating

I said and he scoffed

Xavier: I have already finished mine, so I am not cheating

He said, and I put the final touches on my drawing before I was finished, too! Then we called thing to announce the winner of our drawings, and he chose Xavier's and his smirk became wider while I looked at the thing with a death-stare!

Xavier: It's time for my prize

He said and hugged me from behind while kissing my cheek, but then the clock showed one in the morning and I had to go because we had classes in the morning!

Y/n: I have to go

Xavier: Not now

He said and he hugged me tighter

Y/n: We have classes tomorrow, and also I am tired

I said, and he hesitated for a few minutes before he let me go!

The next day when I woke up I found on my bed a huge black box with a huge black ribbon on it! It also had a card which was from my parents and it said

"Happy Birthday our little storm, we will see you soon at parent's day dear and words can't explain our excitement"

God, I had forgotten that today was Wednesday and my birthday! I never really liked birthdays! Well, I did in the past until my grandma died on that day 6 years ago! It was the worst day of my life, and since then I hated it more and more every day! I looked at my sister's bed, and she had already woken up and opened her present! I stood up and opened mine, it was a new electric guitar that I wanted to get for months!! It was black and when I connected it with my huge speakers and played for a second the sound was so loud that Enid woke up and fell on the floor

Enid: Ouch 

She said whispering and I looked at her with a sorry look 

Y/n: Sorry

I said, and she stood up and when she saw the guitar she came running to me

Enid: I thought you only played piano

She said looking at the guitar in awe

Wednesday: Well, you can say that she has plenty of weird talents

She said entering the room, but then I realized that we were late for class, so I left the guitar in my bed and got ready as fast as I could! I was walking with Wednesday in our next class

Y/n: You didn't tell anyone that today is our birthday right

I said and she nodded negatively

Wednesday: No, but mom and dad are always going too far with their presents, and I am pretty sure that from the huge presence, she definitely guessed it

She said, and I sighed annoyed because I didn't want anyone to know that today was our birthday I didn't even want to celebrate it, and I was tired to explain to people why I don't like my birthday! After classes, I was sitting on my bed testing my new guitar while my sister was testing her new writing machine when a note went under our door! Wednesday stood up, and the note said to meet the person at the Crackstone's crypt if we wanted answers at midnight! We followed the instructions and when we entered the building it was all dark, and we couldn't see anything until the light opened, and our friends appeared with a birthday cake in their hands

Y/n: No! Wednesday you told them, didn't you?

I said whispering

Wednesday: You know there is no way in hell that I would do that

She said whispering too, and then we saw thing with a little birthday hat, and we knew that he was the betrayer! We both looked at it with a death stares until our friends came to us singing the Happy Birthday song and Enid holding the cake

Enid: Blow off the candles and make a wish

She said we did it and then my sister looked at something in the wall while I turned to thing! 

Y/n: We will talk later 

I said and thing hid behind Enid 

Xavier: I thought my cake idea was pretty inspiring for the last minute. Why didn't you tell me?

Y/n: We are not really fond of birthdays anyway

I said, and he nodded while hugging me and kissing my forehead 

Enid: The pink balloon was my little touch 

Y/n: No shit Sherlock 

I said with a smile, and she smiled back proudly, and then we turned to my sister who was looking at the wall 

Wednesday: Fire will rain when I rise 

She said reading the code on the wall I went next to her 

Wednesday: Y/n give me a piece of paper and a pencil 

She said, and I gave it to her and the letters on the wall and then their meanings 

Ajax: We are never eating that cake, are we? 

Wednesday: Don't be a cry baby, you guys can eat it while I have something to do 

Y/n: I can come with you 

I said and she nodded negatively 

Wednesday: No you stay here, I will be quick 

She said leaving, and I looked at her leaving in confusion! I thought we were a team, but this is Wednesday we are talking about! Always want to stay alone
