It would sometimes chase students, for no apparent reason.
Currently, it was in the middle of the corridor where the council's room was.

Tenacious D: SKA-SKA-SKA-SKA!!
His fourth attempt to try and capture his sub-Stand, Jojo started with a barrage of grabs from "Tenacious D", but the "Pick of Destiny" was as always, nimble, and slippery.
(SWOOOSHHH)
It floated away at high speed.
Jojo: Apollo!
Apollo: On it!
With his "Rocketman," Apollo blasted off after the pick.
The two zoomed all around the school, with Apollo's speed slowly rising to surpass the Pick, but like the previous times they attempted this, "The Pick Of Destiny" escaped into a small slit into the air ducts where Apollo could not follow.
Apollo: Tch!
Annoyed at his failure, Apollo met back up with Jojo in front of the school, below the night sky.
Ever since they were transformed into college students, the days no longer reset, time passed normally.
Apollo: Can you locate it?
Jojo: I think it's outside its effective range. Cause I'm not able to pinpoint it.
Jojo: Somewhere south but that's about it...
Jojo:(sigh)...
Apollo: Why isn't it obeying you?
Jojo: It might have to do with my state of mind when it was created...
Jojo: Or it's simply so Tenacious that no level of fighting spirit can control it.
Apollo: You think it won't obey out of spite?
Jojo: An absolute rebel. Giving a command makes it reject you.
Jojo: Potential, I might never be able to use it...
Apollo: We'll get it. One way or another.
Apollo: Let's meet up with the girls. Perhaps they have some better news in finding "Yes's" users.
Jojo: Let's hope so...
The two began heading back to the dorms. Apollo not noticing the Arrowhead he had in his pocket was slightly glowing.
