5: Selena Gomez x Reader(Fem) - Part 2

The next day, Y/N and Selena continued their journey through the wilderness, staying alert for any danger that may cross their path. They had been walking for several hours when they suddenly heard a loud growling sound that sent shivers down their spines.

Y/N quickly pushed Selena behind her, taking charge of the situation. Out of the bushes came a large, ferocious-looking bear, its eyes locked on the two women. Y/N grabbed a nearby branch, determined to protect Selena and herself from the bear's wrath.

"Stay back, Selena," Y/N shouted, brandishing the branch.

The bear roared and charged towards them, but Y/N stood her ground, swinging the branch with all her might. The bear swiped at her, but Y/N was quick on her feet and managed to dodge just in time. The bear swung again, and this time, Y/N managed to strike it with the branch, sending the bear running back into the woods.

"Y/N!" Selena cried out, running to Y/N's side. "Are you okay? Did the bear hurt you?"

Y/N winced as she felt the stinging pain in her side. She had a few cuts and bruises from the close encounter with the bear. "I'll be okay," Y/N said, trying to hide her pain from Selena. "Just a few scratches."

"Let me take a look," Selena said, pulling out a small first-aid kit from her backpack. "I don't want your wounds to get infected."

As Selena tended to Y/N's wounds, Y/N couldn't help but feel grateful for Selena's care. She knew that Selena was scared, but she was still willing to put her own fears aside and help Y/N.

"Thank you, Selena," Y/N said, her voice filled with gratitude. "I couldn't have done it without you."

"Don't mention it," Selena replied with a warm smile. "We're in this together. We have to look out for each other if we want to make it out of here alive."

As the day came to an end, Y/N and Selena finally found a suitable place to spend the night. Y/N was exhausted from their journey and the injuries she sustained while fending off the bear. Selena, on the other hand, was feeling grateful and impressed by Y/N's bravery.

"Y/N, you need to rest," Selena said, concern evident in her voice. "You're injured, and we have a long journey ahead of us."

"I'm fine, Selena," Y/N said, trying to downplay the severity of her injuries. "I can keep watch tonight."

"No," Selena said firmly. "You've done enough. Let me take care of you for once. You need to rest and recover so that you can be ready for what's to come."

Y/N hesitated for a moment, but Selena's determined expression and kind words eventually won her over. She lay down, letting Selena tend to her wounds and make her comfortable for the night.

As Selena tended to Y/N's injuries, she couldn't help but feel an overwhelming sense of admiration for the brave and selfless person she had come to know. She found herself thinking about Y/N more and more, and she wasn't sure if it was just admiration or something deeper.

"Selena," Y/N said, looking up at her with a soft smile. "Thank you for everything. You've been so kind to me, and I don't know what I would have done without you."

"You don't have to thank me, Y/N," Selena said, her voice full of emotion. "I just want to help, and I feel lucky to have met someone as brave and selfless as you. You're more important to me than you realize."

Y/N was taken aback by Selena's words. She had never thought of herself as important or brave. In her eyes, she was just a normal person trying to survive. But the way Selena was looking at her made her feel seen and appreciated in a way she never had before.
