But I invest a considerable amount of time and effort into crafting insightful reviews.
My reviews are designed to be insightful, thoughtful, and most importantly, beneficial to the author's growth as a writer
As a result, my critique is not just quick jot-down of my thoughts on a book. Instead, it is a meticulously crafted evaluation, providing an in-depth analysis of the author's work.
I also have a personal preference for avoiding the use of fourth-wall breaking.
It's not that I have anything against the authors or feel the need to keep them at arm's length. Rather, I believe that the focus of the review should remain firmly on the book itself.
