*article 15 Army Regulation or NJP (non-judicial punishment) is the authority or commanders or officers in charge to punish the soldiers who do minor misconduct or violation by disciplining them without resorting them to more serious penalty like court-martial. For example if a soldier is drinking alcohol or partying outside of weekends or if he disrespects senior officers, disobeys chief's orders and etc. he will get slapped by article 15.
