Jungkook was sarcastic when he asked him "is she already pregnant?" he was afraid that Tae could go far in 'pretending to be straight' and even conceive a child with his wife, for example through artificial impregnation (IUI and IVF) or surrogacy, many rich gay men nowadays actually do this and since Taehyung's family was super rich, there was nothing he couldn't get. Above this, Taehyung was an aspiring doctor, of course he had embryologists and endocrinologists among friends who could help him... and all of this just to seem 'normal' in the eyes of his parents and the society.
