Chapter 25

*4 years later *

Emma's pov

School was weird as always . There were many things things happening all the time but nothing to worry about . I haven't been in Narnia for a very long time , 4 years to be exact . I miss it so much but I guess there isn't much that I could do . At first I tried to open the portal again but nothing worked . It seemed as if it wasn't supposed to be . I walked in the school hallways trying to get to my class . Alex and I remained friends for ever . He helps whenever I, feeling down or bad . My brother Peter is a grandpa and so is Susan ( not literally ) . Lucy and Edmund are older now and they are good people . We are still a close family but not as we were before . Alex and I are walking through the hallway together before I leave to my gym class . I no longer have a crush on him but we still hang out and we are best friends .

The day goes by really fast , and before I know it I'm out of this place . I get home and quickly get upstairs , I have a lot of homework to do . As I do I see my 4 siblings in my room sitting on my couch .

"Um hi " I awkwardly wave at them .

Peter stands up and looks at me with a serious look .

"Emma something weird happened to us . We were all in our rooms when the wind started to blow really hard then all of a sudden it stopped . I think it is a sign . "

"Peter you know I've tried everything , it doesn't work "

"Please Emma just try one more time "

I nod , after all it doesn't hurt to give it a try .

I hold out my hand and put it up , I concentrate hard trying to open the portal , while I do I close my eyes . When I open my eyes I see that there is a light in my hands. There it was each time growing bigger and stronger . Maybe today was the day I went back .
