Sarai shakily clasped her hands together as she nervously watched Evan while he fell silent and paused the movie

"You're what?"

"I.. I, I think I may be pregnant." She said softly and then tears began to fall from her eyes.
"I haven't had my period yet."

Evan scooted closer to her and immediately embraced her as she then began to cry harder. "It wasn't supposed to happen this way!" She cried as Evan calmly rubbed her back and kissed her forehead

"Shh, it's okay baby, don't get upset."

"I'm so ashamed of myself!" She said as he put his hand underneath her chin to look at him

"I don't ever want to hear you talking down to yourself, especially when it's not solely your fault. I'm also responsible for what's happened to you and I'd be damned if I let you put all the blame on yourself. You have nothing to be ashamed about, you're not the first woman to have an unplanned pregnancy and you won't be the last." He said as he took her hand and gave it numerous kisses while continuing to hold on to it.

He put his arm around her and kissed her lips while gently wiping her tears away." It's okay baby you're alright."

"So where do we go from here?" She asked

"Whatever you want to do, I support you one hundred percent."

"You'd be okay with an abortion?"

"Yes, if you're not ready or comfortable with giving birth to a child right now then who am I to tell you otherwise. At the end of the day it's your body and I want you happy, I know you have a lot going on in life and having a baby will only make it worse. If you decide to go down that route I'll be there for you, holding your hand every step of the way."

"But what about your family? If they found out I got rid of your baby they'd want nothing to do with me, especially your grandma." She said as more tears were falling from her eyes and he gently wiped them away

"Like I told you before, what we do in our relationship is our business. Nobody else but us has to know anything because it's nobody else's business."

"It would be against my religious beliefs to do that."

"That's fine too, or you could send the baby away to my grandma and she can watch after it while you finish school."

"I couldn't push my baby off onto your grandma, that wouldn't be fair to her." She said as Evan scoffed

"Trust me she'd be totally fine with it, meanwhile she's plotting to use the baby to guilt trip us to move to Jersey and even have more kids, I can already picture it now. Sarai sweetheart, the baby will be due for a sibling very soon and it would serve the little angels best if they stayed close with me since Sal and I are raising them, and when you come back to the States we'll already have a nice house setup not too far from us." He mocked as Sarai began to chuckle

"There's the smile." He said as he kissed her
"Whatever you decide to do I'm all for it, I support you and you won't go through this alone."

She nodded her head, "The thought of this happening is terrifying and I ultimately hope in the end I make the right decision."

"You will, and again, whatever happens you do not have to look down on yourself about it. It's life, mistakes happen, plans change, and situations are difficult to navigate but you have somebody. With that being said, we aren't going to worry anymore about that, right now we're gonna finish watching the movie."

"That sounds good to me, and I want to say thank you." She said as she kissed him

"And why are you thanking me?"
