*you'd been with the Sawyer's for what felt like years now but I'm reality it was only a couple of weeks. You started to develop a routine wake up, do your chores and cover your ears. You thought about running but what was the point? At least with them you had somewhat of a family again*

Tink: "breakfast!"

*You sighed as you got out of bed and got dressed for the day and walked downstairs*

Babi: "y/n! Sit by me!"

*Her face lit up at the sight of you and you couldn't help but smile at her*

You: "Tink, may I do laundry today? I'm almost out of clean clothes."

Tink: "I suppose, but I expect you to do your other chores."

You: "I will, thank you."

*He nods giving you a smile, despite his mean side he wasn't as mean as he seemed*

Alfredo: "well look at you. *He looks at you sitting in your shorts and tee shirt and you can't help but feel uncomfortable* you look good enough to eat."

*You shudder at those words but look him in the face*

You: "And you look like our next meal."

*You look at him with the same glare that he's giving you and he sits down*

Tink: "I like this one."

*You hide a giggle and see the door to the basement open*

You: "junior, come eat."

*You pat the seat next to you and he sits down. Without thinking you laid your head on his shoulder. To those who don't know him he seems like a monster but he was actually a gentle giant.*

Tink: "junior, I'm gonna need you to finish up the me..*he looks at you* the restock before dinner."

*He nods and goes to stand up when you pull him down*

You: "after you eat, you need something in your stomach."

*He hasn't been eating and you grow worried. He notices and gives you a gentle grunt as to say he agreed.*

You: "where's Tex?*

Tink: "outside, he said he needed to keep his distance because of what happened."

*Your heart sank, the only person you truly felt safe around didn't want to be around you.*

Babi: "are you okay y/n?"

*She notices your sadness*

You: "I'm fine Babi. *You grab Tex's plate* I'll be Right back."

*You walk out seeing Tex sitting on the stairs*

You: "hey, *he turns around to look at you for a quick second before turning back around* I brought you breakfast."

*He gently takes the plate avoiding eye contact with you*

You: "please come see me tonight, I..I miss you."

*You start to walk inside when you feel someone grab your leg gently and you turn around*

Tex: "I'm sorry..."

You: "Tex.."

Tex: "Seeing you like that killed me, I saw your pain but couldn't take it away. I just wanted you to know you were safe with me."

*You couldn't help but cry, he was tough but he seemed to have a soft spot for you.*

You: "I do."

*You can't believe you just said that seeing what he had done..you sounded crazy. Yes the rest of the family was the same way but you didn't watch them take someones life right in front of you.*
