How To Save A Life:
You walk by me and see the look on my face
It says something dark and powerful
A tear drips down my cheekbone as you pass by
Turning around, you grab my wrist begging me to stop walking away
I turn
You see marks on my body
You give a gentle, but concerned look
Seems to me, you can read me like a book...
I'll tell you who gave me all these scars
A monster...
Or two...
You'll never know the truth,
You deny it
I walk away with all my scars and feeling locked up inside my heart
Well, maybe now you know how to save a life...
