Joslin Smith-Simpson is on a tour of Los Angeles with her new best friend Leela Proud, and she so far has made a lot of new friends. But before she knew it, Leela introduces her to a group of mean boys, all 16 years old: Snot Lonstien is the beta alpha of the four, whereas the overweight redhead Barry Robinson is sweet but dumb, Toshi Yoshida is an Japanese "airhead", and evil would take its way of the meanest boy of the whole school: Steve Davenport. Tina tells Joslin and Leela that he is the queen bee and that he's always fierce and always wins Spring Filng Queen.
