Just Mine | Sadie Sink X Female reader

Part 19

You are in school writing your last test of the day. You are struggling with one question. You start to shake with your leg and playing with your pen. You are doing this when something is really wrong. The test is from the one subject you have with Sadie so she is writing as well. She notices your movements and starts to looking at you for a while

You aren't struggling with school and not at all with tests. Sadie knows it so she is worry

You can't focus on test. You can't think clearly because you are thinking only on Sadie

Your leg starts to shake more and more. You put your pen down and and take your face into your hands

It's getting harder to breath. You lift your head up and look around. For a moment you lock your eyes with her. You can see worry in her eyes.
Your eyes start to watering and you look back at the test. You circle one of the option and take your test to the teacher

You take your backpack and go out of the classroom. As soon as you close the door the tears start to roll down your face

What is wrong with you?

You go to the toilets and check every cabin before complete break down. You lean on the wall behind you and slide down to the floor. You take your knees closer and lean your head on it

After a while you start to blame yourself for everything

"What is wrong with me!" You scream but not that loud

"Nothing" you look up and see Sadie standing in front of you

She kneels down to you and puts her hand on your head and strokes your hair a few times

"Nothing is wrong with you Y/n. You are perfect." She says calming you down

"T-then..why are you n-not talking to me" You say with a few sniffles at the end

Sadie just hugs you but you push her away

"No Sadie. Tell me why" you say

She sighs and drops her head down not looking at you

"Y/n, it's stupid really...i just though that i'm not good enough for you so i focus more on school because of tests and hope that you will break up with me" she says with cracking voice

You stand up and Sadie does too

"Sadie, you are perfect and i love you. You are the best thing that ever happened in my stupid life. You are keeping me alive Sadie. You are the light in my life." You say and hug her

You rest your head on hers and your one hand is on her back and another on the back of her head

Wave of relief rushes through you when you don't feel her cry

You are laying in your bed with Sadie peacefully sleeping in your arms. But you can't sleep. You are just not tired and your head is empty. You aren't thinking about anything. You are just laying there staring at the ceiling

You look at the clock next to the bed on the nightstand. It's 2:47. You sigh and close your eyes but after a few seconds it opens again. You feel Sadie moves a little in your arms. You look at her and see her eyes open. She notices that you aren't sleeping so she sits up a little bit

"Why are you awake?" She says tiredly

You smile because of her care

"Don't worry about it. Go sleep Sadie" you say

And that makes her sit up straight

"Y/n Y/l/n" she says with her 'mother' voice

You roll your eyes sarcastically and sit up too to face her

"Yes ma'am?" You say making fun of her

"Tell me why you didn't sleep"

"I couldn't okay? Can you go to sleep now? You need it" you say to her

"Same as you"

"Okay Sadie. I promise i will try" you say and open your arms for her which she accepts

Sadie pretends to sleep just to make sure you will. And you do. Your grip around her loosen a little and your breathing slows. Sadie is now sure that you are sleeping well so she makes comfortable in your arms and closes her eyes as well

I think this book will end soon and i will start new book of images/oneshots with Sadie.
