Jamie and Eddie 'Jamko' One shots

New Partners (pt 1)

Intro/Summary-- Eddie's new partner tries to take things to far, despite the fact she's married. Will she be able to say no? How will the captain react and what will happen when she tells Jamie?

Eddie was headed to roll call for the day when Jamie had stopped her in the office
"everything okay?" she asked
"yea just giving you a heads up that Badillo's out on vacation for a week. So you'll be getting a temporary partner" Jamie said
"oh okay" Eddie said
All the officers went to roll call and lined up and Jamie started calling off names
"Janko" he said
"present sir" Eddie said
"Janko this week you'll be paired with Officer Josh Turner" Jamie said
"yes sir" she said
"you all have tour assignments. Now get to work" Jamie said
"yes sergeant" they all said
"I'm Josh Turner" Josh said as they walked to their car
"Eddie. Eddie Janko" Eddie said
"you mean Reagan" he said
"what?" she asked
"you can still use the last name Janko but you're not fooling anyone. We all know you're screwing the Sgt" he said
"okay so Jamie and I are married, married people have sex- Do you have a problem with me?" Eddie asked annoyed
"nope. Lets roll" he said
"so how long have you been with Sergeant Reagan?" Josh asked
"he was my first partner at the twelve after I graduated from the academy. We were partners for almost six years before he proposed, we've been married maybe five years now?" she said
"so is your marriage just between the two of you or is it open?" he asked
"Excuse me?" Eddie asked shocked by all the personal questions
"I mean do you just screw him or do you sleep with other people too?" he asked
"that's a little personal and although it's none of your business, I am happily married. I don't want or need to be with anyone else" she said

       They'd been working together for a few hours now and it was almost lunch time. They stopped at a small diner and they both got a burger and fries. They'd pulled the car over to eat and he just kept staring at Eddie
"what?" she asked
"nothing, you're just very beautiful" he said
"thanks, that's actually the first compliment I've gotten in a while that wasn't from my husband" she said
"well you are" he said
       He put his food down and to her surprise he started to lean in as if to kiss her and she jumped a mile backward
"woah Josh! I'm married" she said
"come on Janko. It'll be our secret" he said
"no, Josh! Josh!" Eddie said
       Eddie was panicking as he was forcing himself on top of her. He had moved from the driver's side onto the passenger seat
"Josh stop! Stop!" Eddie's heart was going a million miles a minute as she felt Josh unbuttoning her uniform
"relax sweetheart" he said
       Tears were running down her face. He was so much bigger then her and because they were in the car she didn't have a lot of room to move. He had unbuttoned her shirt and had his hand down her pants
"Josh stop! Stop!" She cried
"you feel nice down here" he said
        She felt him move her underwear and actually touch her and she wanted to throw up.
"STOPPP!" she screamed
"shhh relax" he said
"no please, please don't" she said
         Eddie felt helpless. He continued to touch her, to feel every intimate part of her. Eddie squirmed in the seat as tears ran down her face. Josh had managed to undo her belt and unzip her pants. Eddie had tried to open the door but he locked it. He had her pants pushed down and her underwear ripped off. Eddie was crying hysterically as she knew what he wanted to do next. All she wanted was Jamie. She hadn't been this scared since Jake Singer. She screamed, but no one could hear her.
       Eddie tried to reach for Josh's gun- but he grabbed her wrist, twisting it causing her to yelp in pain and then he used the gun to threaten her
"don't be stupid now sweetheart" he said
         He undid his own pants and pushed everything down. Eddie was a crying, shaking mess. Fear and adrenalin was pumping through her body
"please, please don't" she cried
"please" she begged
"just shut up Janko. No one can hear you" he laughed as he touched her
        He spread her legs apart and touched her entrance- getting ready to force himself inside. Finally she managed to get the strength to kick him hard. He laughed and slapped her but she kicked him again. She managed to push him away long enough to get the door unlocked. She fell out of the car and managed to pull her pants up and she ran. She ran faster then she'd ever run before.
      She finally got back to the precinct. She must've run for twenty minutes straight.  She ran to the locker room where she fixed her clothes and ran cold water on her face. She looked at herself in the mirror and cried. After crying for a few minutes, she pulled herself together enough to go tell her captain what had just happened.
"Janko, your tours not over for another four hours" Captain McNichols said
"I need to talk to you. Please" Eddie said
"what is now Janko? This better be important" she said shutting the door
"my partner, Josh.... he.... he started asking me all the personal questions and then in the car and we stopped for lunch when he-" Eddie stopped, clearly upset and unable to talk right
"just spit it out Janko" the Captain said annoyed
"we stopped for lunch when he, he tried to kiss me- I said no, but he was persistent even though he knew I was married. He... he got on top of me" Eddie was crying now, almost shaking
"he started to unbutton my shirt, then he touched me... he managed to get my pants and underwear off" she said
"he kept touching me and touching me. I tried to grab his gun but he pulled it away and then threatened me with it. Finally right before he tried to do it, I managed to kick him away. I ran the whole way here and didn't look back" she said
"so what are you telling me?" The captain asked
"Josh tried to rape me" Eddie said as tears ran down her face
"look I've known Josh since he graduated the academy. There's no way he did that. Maybe you miss interrupted things?" she said
"no! I.... I know what he did to me" she said
"were your body cameras on?" the Captain asked
"no we had stopped for lunch" Eddie said
"Look Janko, you've been nothing but a problem since I got here. I've known this Josh kid since his entire time on the force. I'll talk to him but I'm assuming you just miss interrupted what happened. Now get back out there and finish your tour" she said
"please" Eddie begged
"please believe me!" Eddie cried
"just get out Janko" she said
      Eddie ran out in tears. She checked to see if Jamie was there but his office was empty. She stood in a corner and cried. She was startled by someone touching her shoulder
"you can't just leave mid tour" Josh said
"get away from me!" Eddie said
"get in the car Janko or both of our asses are on the line" he said
"no!" Eddie said
"Get in the fucking car Janko" he said grabbing her arm
"everything okay over here?" it was Jamie
"Jamie!" she said as she ran to him
"hey you're okay. What happened? What happened?" he asked
      By this point Josh had taken off but Jamie took Eddie back to his office and shut the blinds and the door. He had never seen her this upset.
"Eddie, talk to me. What's wrong?" Jamie asked
      Eddie was just crying. Jamie came over and held her and she just fell into his arms. She was shaking so hard
"come on relax. Please? You're really scaring me" he said
"Jamie" she said
"just talk to me" he said
      Finally Eddie had relaxed enough to speak. She was still crying though. Jamie rarely saw her cry but when he did- he knew something bad had happened. He wiped her tears away and gave her a glass of water
"what happened?" he asked
"we left for tour... Josh started asking me all these personal question... about us and our sex life" Eddie said
"I told him it was non of his business but I said I was happily married to you" she said
"he sort of dropped it while we were working. We made two arrests before lunch. We stopped at a diner and got some burgers" she said
"he told me I was beautiful... and then he tried to kiss me" she said
"I told him no! but he tried again, and he got on top of me" she said
      Jamie felt his blood boiling. He wanted to kill the guy.
"Eddie did he? Did he hurt you?" he asked
"he tried... he unbuttoned my shirt, he touched me... he got my pants and underwear off. He touched me and god I just wanted to throw up. He also tried to pull his gun on me" she said
"right before he did it- I was crying so bad but I managed to kick him away. I pushed him away long enough to get out of the car and as soon as I got my pants on, I ran"  she said
"god Eddie" he said
"I was so scared Jamie" she said
"oh sweetheart come here" he said
"he didn't actually do it though, right?" he asked
"no, but he was close too doing it" she said
"I told the Captain and... and she didn't believe me" Eddie cried
"she what!?" Jamie asked furious
"she hates me. She said I miss interpreted what had happened and she didn't believe me" Eddie said
"don't worry about it, I'll handle her okay? Right now go home. Try to relax. Take the car and I'll take a cab home" he said
"since he didn't actually do it, there's no proof right?" she asked
"probably not no, but Eddie I will get them to listen. I believe you okay?" he said
"do you hate me?" she asked
"oh my god why would I hate you?" he asked
"I just felt so disgusting when he was doing everything" she said
"Eddie stop. What he did wasn't your fault. You didn't ask for it and it was not you're fault. I love you okay?" Jamie said
      He held her for a little while longer until she had calmed down some.
"now just try to relax at home okay? I should be home in about two hours. Just lock the door" he said
        Once Eddie left he tried to control himself as he stormed into McNichols office
"so what the hell?" Jamie asked
"now what Reagan?" she asked annoyed
"Officer Janko, my wife comes to you- in absolute tears and is a shaking mess, telling you that someone just tried to violate her and you don't believe her!? What the hells wrong with you?" Jamie asked
"easy Reagan. I spoke with Officer Turner and I don't know what your wife said but all he said that happened in the car was he asked her if you two were non exclusive and he gave her a compliment" she said
"are you fucking kidding me?" Jamie said
"watch your language" she said
"you really don't believe Eddie? Not at all?" Jamie asked
"even if you two weren't married she has caused me a lot of problems in this precinct. I don't know if I can take what she says seriously or not. Without a rape kit or some kind of evidence it's her word against his" she said
"now if that's all Officer Reagan, I have paper work to do" she said
"please" Jamie said
"even if Eddie wasn't my wife I would've still believed her" Jamie said
       Captain McNichols didn't look up from her desk. Jamie wanted to punch her, but he didn't. He just left and was angry.

       By the end of the day he went home and took a cab back to their apartment. He used his key to open the door
"Eddie?" he said
"I'm here" she said
"hey" he said as he sat beside her on the couch
        She was curled up in a blanket on the couch and Jamie put his arm around her
"did you talk to her?" Eddie asked
"yea and she's believing Turner's side" he said
"so he just gets to walk?" Eddie asked
"no because I'll fight this for you. We can fight it together" he said
"maybe we can get them both fired" he said
"why does she hate me so much Jamie?" she asked
"I don't know, I truly don't..." he said
"it'll be okay, I promise" he said as he gently squeezed her hand
"I love you" she said
"I love you too, come here" he said
       She was crying softly again and Jamie was comforting her. She was laying down on him when she slowly drifted off to sleep in his arms. Jamie was going to get her justice, if it was the last thing he did.
