About a week has past since the whole incident at the waterpark, and of course aphmau is still being faught over by Garroth and Aaron and suprisingly she doesnt know that. But what she's about to notice is the photos that were taken at the waterpark and are posted on almost every single social media platform. And the one that happened to tell her was Lucinda, she came running up to the roof where Aaron was teaching aphmau on how to swim.
"APHMAU!" Lucinda shouted while running up to the roof, she managed to catch her attention and it made aphmau lose her focus and sink a bit. Aaron grabbed her and made her stand up, "geez..what is it lucinda?" Lucinda got to the roof breathing heavily and sighed when she caught her breath. "its..social media...pictures...you..Aaron.." aphmau was confused and tried to understand what lucinda was trying to say but so far that wasnt going so well..
"Lucinda spit it out girl! What is it?!" Aphmau exclaimed, lucinda finally caught her breath and took out her phone, "how about i just show you.." she pulled up the photos of aphmau and Aaron in the lazy river and showed the both of them. Aphmau's eyes widened and she started to panic which confused Aaron. "Aph whats wrong?..i dont understand why you're freaking out..its just a couple of photos.."
Aphmau felt like she was about to cry, she immediately grabbed Aarons shoulders and shook him,"Aaron! My mom has all my friends on social media!..shes going to be like a raging momzilla if she sees those photos!!.." Aaron gently took her hands off his shoulders and sighed, "aph..i hate to break it to you but isn't your mom always like that..? You know like when she met travis at first.." Aphmau opened her mouth to say something until she was interrupted by lucinda who was still standing there silently.
"Yeah uhm..about that aph..she already has.." Hearing those words made aphmaus eyes widen in terror, she panicked more than before.."WHAT?!..did she say anything?!" Lucinda clicked onto the comments and read sylvanna's comment out loud to the both of them as Aphmau prepared herself for anything that comes her way. "Mija..? WHY DOES THE DEVIL HAVE HIS HANDS ON YOU?!?! Im coming there by next month and i'll make sure he wont be near you again!!"
Aphmau whined and felt like she wanted to hide away in her shell like a little hermet crab and hide away in shame.."Lucinda..?" She said, "do you happen to know who took these photos and carelessly posted them on the internet so my mom could see them and kill me but more specifically Aaron..?" Lucinda had to think for a moment before it came to her..she took a deep breath and exhaled, "i do actually..and its someone you know.." in seconds, Aphmau immediately broke down the room to kawaii-chans room in rage.
"KAWAII-CHANNNN!!!!" She screamed, kawaii-chan flinched and jumped in fright and even shrieked at the sudden arrival of aphmau. "H-Hi aphmau-senpa-.." Aphmau marched towards her and crossed her arms in anger, "Don't hi aphmau senpai me. YOU took photos of me and Aaron in the river!" Kawaii-chan panicked and nearly cried at all the pressure aphmau was giving her, "Aphmau-senpai..kawaii-chan was going to just keep the photos for herself..! Honest..!"
Aphmau groaned loudly in frustration and got more defensive about it,"if you were then why did you post them?!" Kawaii-chan squeaked in terror and whined at all of the yelling and really wanted aphmau to stop yelling but just kept quiet and continued to answer her," it was katelyn-samas idea..! She made kawaii-chan post the photos of you and Aaron-kun last weekkk...kawaii-chan is sorry for making Aphmau senpai upset.." aphmau had never felt so betrayed in her entire life..her own childhood friend katelyn betrayed her..she patted kawaii chan on the head as a "im sorry for yelling at you" before walking out.
Aphmau stormed towards her own room where katelyn was on her laptop writing down some stuff to do for today, unaware there was a raging aphmau standing right beside her. And by the time she did notice, she flinched, "oh my go- aphmau how long have you been standing there?!" Said katelyn, "long enough to know my own friend betrayed me!" Katelyn was confused and even squinted her eyes at aphmau, "what are you talking about,aph? I havent done anything to you..!" Tears formed in aphmaus eyes as she started to cry.
"Lies katelyn! Lies! You told kawaii-chan to post pictures of me and Aaron on the internet and YOU KNOW MY MOM FOLLOWS EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY FRIENDS ON THERE!" She sobbed, after those words have been said, katelyn finally remembered what it was that she did wrong.."aph im sorry..i completely forgot that your mom follows everyone..most importantly..i only told kawaii-chan to post the photos as a joke..i never intended to hurt you aphmau..i promise.."
Katelyn reached out to hug aphmau until she pushed katelyns arms away and stormed off in tears. Katelyn sighed and felt really bad for what she did to Aphmau and she knew how much aphmau likes Aaron and she just ruined it..meanwhile aphmau ran off out of the house and went out somewhere alone to go let out her feelings, unaware that garroth was also there and listened in to what she said, "Ugh..! I cant belive katelyn did that to me..! Now my mom is going to kill me! But most importantly Aaron because of those photos!.."
Aphmau slumped down on a nearby bench and hid her face in her hands and sighed, garroth slowly came out from his hiding spot and sat down right next to aphmau and put a hand on aphmaus shoulder, "hey aph..i noticed you seemed upset so i came to check on you.." aphmau lifted her head and looked at him, "oh hey garroth.." she sniffled and wiped her eyes, "wanna tell me whats wrong?" Garroth asked, aph kind of hesitated before she started to tell garroth what happend and eventually..
It went to a normal conversation after aphmau calmed down, "so aph..i've been meaning to ask.." said garroth, "do you uhm..have anyone you like..?" Aphmaus eyes widened, she blushed just thinking about Aaron. "Y-Yes..i do.." she said, garroth kind of smiled, "whats he like?" Aphmau giggled a bit, "well..he's really strong..hes very cute..hes such a caring person and he seems like a charmer even though he doesnt talk much.." garroth chuckled.
"Go onnn? Does he have blonde hair?" Garroth asked, aphmau giggled and Answered the question without thinking and accidentally said yes which made garroth excited and even smile more than before. She just continuously went on about who she likes unaware that she said the wrong hair color..garroth stopped her and got close to her. "Aph...theres something i have to tell you.."
"Yeah?" She said and garroth sighed,"i...like you..like a lot.." aphmaus eyes widened and she froze...not knowing what to say and since she wasn't in the right mind she responded with.."garroth..i..like you too..." his eyes widened in excitement and without thinking he kissed her.
Unaware that Aaron was right there looking for aphmau the entire time to go check on her but instead he witnessed...
