Lies about Cultivating immortality

Speaking of books, When Chu Yu flipped through the pile of books that was sent over by the City Lord, there were only a few books written in that particularly complex font.

Short and precise, just like the traditional Chinese language in her previous life. Chu Yu could recognize the words, but couldn't understand what they meant as a sentence.

The only way was to ask Mrs. Mo for advice after the class is about ended.

Mrs. Mo also did not refuse. And for the ones that she could not answer, she very frankly said that she'll get back to her after checking.

Chu Yu was on the verge of dropping to her knees for these books. Even with Mrs. Mo's translation, many of the contents, in her opinion, are quite strange.

The first book is a bit like 'the classic of mountain and seas', detailing all kinds of strange and bizarre creatures.

TL Note: the classic of mountain and seas: a Chinese classic text and a compilation of mythic geography and beasts.

There are two other books that look like immortal novels, having the first person point of view. They are a little like travelogues, with the author narrating his experiences.

It went something like this, 'one day I picked up a mysterious stone. With my careful perception, I found out that there was spiritual energy in it, could this be the legendary spiritual stone?

one day, in a certain place, I met an evil cultivator. The whole village was killed as blood sacrifice. After investigation, I found that the villagers and this evil cultivator are related by blood .

It was a real tragedy , so "I" did not hesitate to battle with the evil cultivator. I exhausted his magic power and killed him.'

  ......

Chu Yu thinks this is an ancient early immortal cultivation novel.

  Why early?

The writer of the travelogue worded it quite carefully, like many martial arts novels that became popular early in her previous life.

The author has very carefully thought out the setting.

Unlike later in her previous life, when people dared to everything, all kinds of realm level, but no inner logic and no boundaries.

She also had a whimsical thought, could these be true?

After all, it was too formal. It was even written in a special script.

She asked Mrs. Mo. Mrs. Mo told her calmly that she would know when she grew up.

  Chu Yu immediately understood.

It was the same as her previous life. Children in the Chūnibyō phase read some immortality novels and think that immortality is real. So they would find their parents and make trouble saying that they want to cultivate immortality.

TL Note: Chūnibyō (中二病) is a Japanese colloquial term typically used to describe early teens who have grandiose delusions, who desperately want to stand out, and who have convinced themselves that they have hidden knowledge or secret powers.

The Parents not wanting to explain, knowing that the bear child would not listen will simply tell them that you will know when you grow up.

When the child grows up and hopefully matures, they will naturally not have the delusion.
