CHAPTER 34
ASHTON want to follow Carisha. He wants her to stay. Pero hindi na sa pagkakataong 'to. Alam niyang may mali siyang nagawa.
Napabuntong hininga siya at tinungga ang huling baso ng rum.
Napapikit siya sa pait ng lasa na rumagasa sa lalamunan niya. At dahil na rin sa pagpintig ng sentido niya.
He gave her the space she needed. 1 day without her feels h-ll, and days without her, he was probably in h-ll.
Ashton is lying on the sofà, trying to cool himself. Malakas na ang tama niya.
His phone vibrated, tanda na may tumatawag sa kaniya. Tamad niyang kinuha iyon sa carpeted floor at sinagot without reading who the caller is.
“What do you need?” Iyon ang bungad niya sa kung sino man iyon. At ang boses ng caller ay nagpairita sa kaniya.
“I learnt that Carisha left you... I just want to comfort you, babe. And i just want you to know na andito lang ako. Ako nalang ang mag-aalaga sa 'yo.” Ani Sheila sa kabilang linya.
Ashton laugh dryly. “Even a million woman take care of me, no one can surpass my baby. Get loss.” Pabagsak niyang ibinaba ang cellphone at napahilamos sa mukha.
Sheila and Ashton talked last last night, and i didn't actually done well. She insisted, but he declined.
Now, he pays what he've done. F-ck!
Ipinikit ni Ashton ang mata at hindi sinasadyang makatulog. Maybe because he's tired and in pain.
He woke up by the men's voice.
“I think, i know what happened.” It was Bene.
What are they doing here? Ashton want to open his eyes but everytime he try, sumasakit ang ulo niya.
Sunod na nagsalita si Levin. “Why?”
“Carisha heard Ashton talking to Sheila 2 days ago on the phone. She heard about the 'one night' Ashton said.”
Gustong bumangon ni Ashton ngunit masakit ang buong katawan niya at nanghihina.
So that's why my baby left? Because She heard us talking? Gustong makaramdam ng tampo ni Ashton dahil sa hindi siya hinayaan ng kasintahan na magpaliwanag.
‘F-ck, baby, i would never ever lay on the other woman's bed. Only you is enough’
“How did you know that?”
“Gano'n talaga 'pag gwapo.” Sagot nito.
“Oh. I would think the same way though.” It was Kevin.
“I agree.” Segunda ni Alessandro.
“What should we gonna do now, then?” Boses iyon ni Matthew.
“Clean this f-cking mess.” Rinig niya ang pagbuntong hininga ng mga kaibigan. Akala mo naman bago na ito sa kanila. Mas malala pa nga si Matthew sa kaniya.
“Bakit may beer, bote ng rum at redhorse dito? Don't tell me ininom niya 'tong lahat?” Kung mulat lang ang mata niya ay makikita niyang nakakunot-nuo na si Rigor.
Ashton heard them chuckled. A-sholes.
“Ask him.”
Since Ashton can't open his eyes and he feels weak, he chose to take a sleep again so he would be ready to face his baby tommorow.
Hindi na niya kayang wala ito. He's missing her so much.
“WHAT A GREAT news i just received.” Tatawa-tawang aniya. Tuwang-tuwa sa mensaheng hatid ng tauhan niya.
