it felt almost absolutely unreal, and you were begging that childe and signora wouldn't tease you two too much.
however, you then realized how silly it was of you to even think you guys were going to be able to be scott-free and no teasing.
"OH MY GOSH COMRADE- YOU'RE HOLDING HANDSSSS!" childe giggled like a popular middle school girl.
signora laughed. "i called it, tartiddies. now give me your phone, i'm gonna text your crush."

"childe has a crush?? tell me!! maybe i can try getting you two together!!" you giggled.
you thought you hated couples, yet you always get giddy when your friends have someone they like. the urge to pair them up is painful.
"it's that zhongli guy, isn't it?" scara asked, rubbing your hand with his thumb.
"oh! i think ei or xiao might know him, he's xiao's big brother. i saw them talk a few times." the memories of past events popped in your mind helpfully.
