"Marty, sweetie, you need to calm down." Monica told the redhead as the gang sat in Central Perk.

"I can't," Marty shook her head, her leg shaking violently, "This is really huge for Scott. If they like his book then they'll publish it and this has been his dream since he was twelve."

"Publishing a book was his dream?" Joey raised an eyebrow.

"Yeah, why?"

"Well when I was twelve let's just say there were many naked ladies in my dreams." Joey nodded with a smile, making Rachel roll her eyes and shove him off the arm of the couch.

"What happens if they do publish his book?" Phoebe asked.

"Well, Pheebs," Ross said, "Then they publish his book."

The blonde rolled her eyes, "I know that. But what's gonna happen to your relationship?"

"What do you mean?" Marty wondered.

"Well you two are just about to move in together," Phoebe shrugged, "What if he has to move as part of the deal? Would you go with him? Or are you going to have to break up?"

Marty's shoulders slumped, "I didn't think about that."

"I'm sure everything will go to plan," Chandler said, wrapping his arm around the younger girl, "You'll both stay here, move in together next week and be a happy couple, blah blah blah."

Marty shook her head with a small laugh, lightly smacking the brunette's chest, "Thanks."

The plates in Marty's hands shook violently as she placed them on her small dining table, waiting for Scott to arrive, hoping to surprise him with a homecooked meal, with a side of potential celebration.

The door to her apartment squeaked as it opened behind her, making the redhead turn around, seeing her boyfriend's head poke through the door.

"Hi." The girl grinned.

"Hey." Scott sent her a small smile, entering the apartment and closing the door behind him.

"That's not a 'They're publishing my book smile'." Marty frowned as Scott walked towards her, taking her hands in his own.

"No, they're publishing it." Scott shook his head.

A grin broke out onto his girlfriend's face, "Oh my gosh! Scott!" She laughed, pulling him into a hug, making the man chuckle slightly, "Hang on, if they're publishing it, then why aren't you happier than I am right now?" Marty wondered, leaning back to look at him.
