[Three Weeks Later]

Nicole’s POV

“This set is so cool! I can’t believe that I get to be here with you guys!” Dani squealed next to her. Nicole winced and continued to study her script. “Wasn’t it sweet of Kevin to talk the producers into casting me?”

“He told them he refused to film unless you were cast as his love interest,” Nicole said with a smirk. “They were going to do a casting call for Kevin’s love interest, but he refused once he found out about it. They kind of had no choice.”

“He told me that he didn’t want me to get jealous of him and some actress. He’s so cute,” Dani gushed. Normally Nicole would happily gossip with Dani about Kevin, but she was distracted with her own to do list. This next scene that they were filming had to go absolutely right.

“Dani I need to go set up for this scene. Maybe you should go find Kevin or something.” Dani nodded but stayed on the stool next to Nicole. “Dani, did you hear what I said?”

“I’m worried about you Nic. Are you going to be okay filming this scene? It’s a love scene between you and Nick.”

“It’s called acting Dani. Stop freaking out. There’s nothing to worry about.” Nicole had been trying to tell herself the same thing for the past few days. She stood and walked onto the set sitting next to Nick in her spot. She tried to will her heart to slow down at the sight of Nick next to her. It had been good for her to take time off from any relationships, but she still dreamt about Nick every night. She wanted him back so desperately.

“So this is the scene where Nick and Macy kiss. I want to see a lot of passion,” the director said.

Nick’s POV

Nick looked at Nicole as she settled into her spot next to him. He really wished that like Nick and Macy he and Nicole were in a relationship. He had seen her plenty the last few weeks as they settled into filming, but only as friends. She had prevented him from turning it into anything more. Nick cleared his throat and waited for the director to call action before speaking his lines.

“Macy, I can’t just say it okay? I’m sorry I didn’t tell the interviewer that I love you okay? I was just nervous,” Nick said reciting his lines.

“It shouldn’t be hard to say it if you really love me,” Nicole shot back reciting Macy’s lines. “I say it all the time. I even put it on the JONAS website!”

“You’re the president of my fan club. You’ve been saying you love me since before we started dating!”

“Why can’t you just say that you love me?!?”

“I love you damn it! I just don’t need the whole world to know!”

“Prove it. Prove that you actually love me.”

“You want me to prove it? Fine,” Nick said pulling Nicole against him. He leaned downwards until he was seconds away from her lips. “I love you, Nicole Gale Anderson,” he said before passionately kissing her. Nicole pulled back to catch her breath.

“I love you too, Nicholas Jerry Jonas,” she said before resuming the kiss. They both ignored the cries of their director to stop. They could hear him ranting about their kiss being too racy for Disney and Nick saying the wrong name in the scene. Nick pulled back connecting their foreheads and smiling down at her.

“Does this mean what I think it does?” Nicole nodded.

“I might have talked the writers into putting in a Nick and Macy kissing scene,” she admitted biting her lip. Nick laughed with joy at that knowledge.

“I’ll let you in on a secret. I might have done the same thing.” Nicole’s eyes lit up before she kissed him once again enthusiastically. In the background he heard their director begging them to stop. He could also hear the chuckles of his brothers and their girlfriends. They would celebrate with them later. Right now he was happily enjoying his time with the girl of his dreams.
