A punch in the gut,
Another reason to cut,
Abuses spat out to her, voices harsh, words curt,
Not just physically she was mentally hurt,
About her clothes and size, they always commented,
For years and years, by her own classmates she was tormented,
Of her beauty and brains they were secretly jealous,
Afraid to admit they chose to make her life hellish,
In beating her up, people found their pride,
From her parents, under long sleeves her bruises she would hide,
This is inhumane it needs to stop,
They would only understand how it felt if their lives would swap,
Who could she tell? Her mother? The cops? Her dad?
This would just make them strike back harder than they ever had.
Hoping her life would get better, she wished upon a shooting star,
Was it a sign? When she looked, the star just moved on far,
Unpopular, she was, quietly went unnoticed,
Only came in the spotlight, when someone used their fist,
She was called thin or fat, ugly, also stupid,
Made fun of for not having any luck with cupid,
Pushed around in hallways in school,
Garbage dumped on her, by people called "cool",
Forcefully she was made to do their homework,
When they got bored, to abuse her, in hallways they would lurk,
Fear in her eyes, she looks around for someone she could call her own,
But everyone was against her, she was all alone,
Always the first one to get out, last one chose on a team,
Can't you see? It lowers her already minute self esteem,
Pushed, hit, gripped, dumped,
She was losing all the blood her heart pumped,
Pained she was, no aim in life,
Everyday she lived was filled with strife,
In front of our eyes play such scenes everyday,
To prevent what do we do? What do we say?
Nothing. We fearfully keep mum,
We know everything but still act dumb,
In fear, to their cruel side we start to turn,
So we may be spared from their actions and words that burn,
You won't know what it's like to be hit by those blokes,
To feel weak, pathetic, to be called a joke,
The bruises they made, with the cuts she did, covered every inch of her skin,
Harming herself or being bullied which is the greater sin?
They stay for a lifetime, these harmful words,
They don't leave, no, not up with the birds,
If it wasn't for her will power by which she was guided,
That invisible bullied girl would have long suicided.

Hear the song: Hopeful- Bars and Melody❤️
I love the song, they sang in Britain's Got Talent. If you know about them then you would know the song is for bullying.
Also one more thing this was inspired by the character in a wattpad book called The Good Girls Bad Boys, read it if you can.
