Something Hidden
by sloanranger
They came suddenly upon me,
Like diamonds from black mountains...
or coal...glittering black, in the night.
something hidden -
yet revealing stolen light...
your glittering, black eyes.
On a hungry quest... yes,
but I cannot deny their request,
their rays, that stay...
and play with the light
of all things stolen -
like my heart.
