In the middle of an island the fairies gathered around to witness the birth of their new fairy as the child said their first word.
They were all focusing at the middle of the forest where the fairy dust started to form the new fairy and as the forming was complete they all were surprised because the fairy had no wings and when they wanted to know what is her powers they found out that she was powerless.
The fairies were scared and thought that the creature infront of them was a human but it wasn't, because it had a symbol on the back of its left shoulder that identified it as fairy , the symbol was a chrysanthe that made them panic even more because it was the symbol of death in their world.
The fairy high council decided to deport it to the edge of their world at the coast and to never enter their world "Utopia" ever again.
