Have you ever wondered how you sometimes know some things and cant explain it? Some people call it the sixth sense but i call it instinct, or that which ever helps them sleep at night, but that's not the point the point is that i knew there was something different about her, something that didn't quite fit but i always put it off, so when jenny turned into a wolf right in front of me i wasn't scared cause i knew about the whole something wrong, i was more shocked she looked so scared and sad that it made me wonder if she was scared of herself but once she told me that i could run away from her i knew it wasn't that she was scared of me leaving then herself, and i knew how she felt i don't know how but i feel her pain
"your still here?" i turned to look at her and smiled
"of course im still here what you think im just gonna leave my friend here alone?" i said and she smiled
"but what about the little problem i have?" she asked looking away
"don't ever call it a problem jenny, its a gift! one you should always respect and love, it is a part of you not a curse or a problem" i said scolding her and she nods
"why didnt you tell me you were a werewolf?" i asked after a few minutes of silence
"i didn't want to face the rejection" she said sitting up folding her legs to her chest
"look at me jenny, im a vampire alot of people don't like vampires so i know how it feels to be rejected of who you are, so i would never ever let you feel the same way" i said she looked up at me her eyes shining with tears her lips quivering a little
"so you ever wonder what it would be like to be normal?" she asked and i laughed
"if we were ever normal we would've died by now" i said and she looked at me confused
"we would've died by bore dome, besides we were given this form for a reason" she smiled then nod
"thank you, for not giving up on me" her voice was so sweet and innocent it just makes me wanna protect her even more
"i will never will" i said promising her she smiled and yawned
"get some rest i will be here when you wake up" i said she nods and scooted over to her pillow and laid down i watched her sleep feeling so bad for her, there is something that happened to her that is why she's so scared of opening up to anyone or think that we will leave her, i wanted to know what happened to her so i could understand her more, and help her through it
"Crystal?" i turned to see Anna peeking through the door i nod and fixed her blanket and walked out leaving the door a tiny bit open then i turned to Anna and Nina
"what happened back there?" asked Anna
"she was shot" said nina i sighed and gestured them to sit they sat on the couch while i ran my hand through my hair thinking of a better way to tell them
"so?" they both said i looked at the door and back at them
"shes a werewolf" i said after i couldn't figure out what to say they both sat there mouth hanging open eyes bulging
"arent they extinct?" asked anna after her shock
"that's what i thought....but shes here" i started pacing
"maybe shes the last of her kind?" suggested Nina then i stopped pacing as a flash back hits me the first time she told me about her parents leaving her then it hit me she was left back for a reason to be protected
"crystal you ok?" asked anna i shook my head to clear it and turned to them
"she maybe is the last of her kind" i said looking towards the door
"maybe?" asked Anna
"yeah maybe, we need to protect her with all cost" i said looking back at them
"who's in?" they both looked at each other and nod
"we are" they both answered
"while were searching for our past we should make it our mission to find hers too" they both agreed and we made it a mission
"just like old times eh!" said Nina with a huge smile on her face
"yeah" i agreed we started talking about our mission until we heard her crying i ran in the room to see her still sleeping but i think she was having a bad dream cause she was crying
"she ok?" asked Anna i nod
"i think shes having a bad dream" i said she nods
"why don't you wake her up while i go get some food" i nod walking into the room i sat next to her and moved the hair on her face then she mumbled something then she screamed trashing around i held her down screaming for her to wake up
"jenny! jenny wake up!" she kept trashing around she was stronger than she looked i had to call Nina to hold her down too but her being human she couldn't help much
"Jenny wake up!" i screamed again but she wouldn't then she started to scream out some weird words
"i really hate to do this...but" i said then i smacked her and she awoke then she screamed
"hey hey its me crystal" i said trying to hold her she looked at me for a second then she buried her face on my chest
"i dreamt of them" she said sobbing i stroked her hair calming her down
"who jenny?" i asked and she sobbed
"my parents" she said i looked towards Nina who was standing near the bed and she looked at me with the same look
"dont worry jenny...we're here" i said calming her down as she sobbed
"its ok...i promise!"
