This is my first Wattpad story, I add poems on here as I write them. You see the poems in the order I wrote them so, the more you read the better they get.

Broken trust:
You held my heart in your hand
When you left, it broke, shattered, my life no longer a wonderland
Now the pieces too small to be put back together
You have changed me, my soul forever.
I will no longer give my trust freely,
I will no longer love with all my heart,
You have made me scared for infinity,
See what you have done, i have fallen apart
From now on my heart is guarded, closed and shattered.
How dare you ask for my trust now
My love, my vulnerability with humankind
Like someone trying to swim to shore somehow,
Unable to, while the waves keep pushing them back, until you resign.
Seeing what I could have, always slightly out of reach
I will always bear a scar on my heart from your sword
I can try to learn to love, to trust but I will never be complete again,
You made me this way till you were bored
From now on my heart is guarded, closed and shattered
